Help with rural residence and hands-on wooden objects in Siena, Italy

  Description

  We moved back to Italy 4 years ago after a long time spent in Cambridge UK. We speak English and Italian fluently.
  We live now in the picturesque countryside of Tuscany, 2 kms from the historical and elegant Siena, with two happy funny kids. It is a very lovely place surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, you would need to love the countryside and happy to bike or walk to go everywhere.
  
  We would need you to help us 15-20 hours per week, depending on the accomodation you would like to live in: helping weathering chestnuts, harvesting olives, some gardening , exploring the wood for track tracing on maps, painting woodden tables and chair, engraving woodden boards and many cute and hands on things!. Therefore love for nature , creativity and fixing skills are highly appreciated.
  
  We are generally very positive family, always ready to laugh (sometimes we get angry too ). Our children are regularly active and outgoing.I am an Architect and Giotto is an aeronautical engineer, we do those jobs part time.
  Workawayers will not be asked to help towards the business or any business activity, and that any help with preparing food will be for the family's own consumption only, not for any paying guests.

  You could learn italian, make cosmopolitan friends, how to run an estate and be helpful in many ways!!

  Autumn in Siena countryside is magic with lovely colours, the work is only part time, therefore you will have time to rest and relax in the beautiful accommodations we provide with. Also you will meet a group of workawayers and internationale and cosmopolitan people who live here!

  Tuscany , the region where Siena is, is rich of historic treasures considered one-of-a-kind worldwide: the region is full of art cities and little picturesque villages with a huge cultural heritage, but is also extraordinary because of its fascinating landscape, with its bucolic countryside and rolling hills. Not to mention its amazing islands and coastal areas, its protected parks and, last but not least, its food, simple with authentic flavors, and its wines, ranked among the best in the world: to put it simply, there are really many reasons to visit Tuscany.

  We have a lovely old horse stable we are converting into a co-working space! It will be finalised this winter , but it can be used already with hot spot!)Hhowever, at the moment all our accommodations have very good internet and who decided to stay with us and live here, work from home remotely.

  There are only few rooms where pets are allowed ( the ones with private garden), if not available we will not be able to have you and your pet :(
