  Hello,
  I am Ilaria and I live with my husband Leonardo and my daughter Erika in a small hamlet of Castel San Niccolò, in the province of Arezzo. We moved here from Florence, Leonardo works outside the home while I homestead only for our consumption. It is a very small farm where I have a vegetable garden, fruit trees, chestnut trees and a small farm of chickens, ducks and rabbits.
  I am an agronomist and environmental guide, involved in projects for the enhancement of the territory and the dissemination of organic and biodynamic agriculture in Casentino. I am an expert in the recognition and use of wild herbs and I offer courses on this topic. I am interested in permaculture and all cultivation techniques that enhance the natural environment.
  Our daughter Erika is a 10 year old homeschooler
  We do not speak English, I would like to learn it but at the moment we would prefer to host someone who can also speak Italian.
  We are omnivores.
  We are very sociable people but we also love to keep our spaces and respect those of others.

  sono Ilaria e vivo con mio marito Leonardo e mia figlia Erika in una piccola frazione di Castel San Niccolò, in provincia di Arezzo. Ci siamo trasferiti qui da Firenze, Leonardo lavora fuori casa mentre io mi occupo di coltivare il podere per produrre il nostro cibo. Si tratta di una piccolissima azienda agricola dove ho un orto, alberi da frutta, castagneto e un piccolo allevamento di polli, anatre e conigli.
  Sono agronoma e guida ambientale, impegnata in progetti di valorizzazione del territorio e di diffusione dell'agricoltura biologica e biodinamica in Casentino. Sono esperta nel riconoscimento e uso delle erbe spontanee e propongo corsi su questo argomento. Mi interesso alla permacultura e a tutte le tecniche di coltivazione che valorizzano l'ambiente naturale.
  Nostra figlia Erika ha 10 anni ed è homeschooler.
  Non parliamo inglese, mi piacerebbe impararlo ma al momento preferiremmo ospitare qualcuno che sappia parlare anche in italiano.
  Siamo onnivori.
  Siamo persone molto socievoli ma amiamo anche mantenere i nostri spazi e rispettare quelli degli altri.

  I can teach Italian, organic and biodynamic agriculture, foraging. I can connect with the farms that are part of my association. I can make known the Casentino, Florence and Arezzo.

  Aide

  I am looking for help both inthe house and in the daily care of the vegetable garden and animals.
  
  The help depends on the seasons:
  * spring - summer vegetable garden planting, weeding, haymaking
  * summer - watering, winter vegetable planting, wood collection, fruit picking, jams
  * autumn - fruit and chestnut harvesting, jams, wood gathering.
  
  There are some maintenance and arrangement works on the house to be completed.
  I would like to learn English.
  We need house and pet sitters to be able to go away on some weekends.
  
  Cerco un aiuto sia nella gestione della casa che nella cura quotidiana dell'orto e degli animali.
  Il lavoro dipende dalle stagioni:
  * primavera - piantagione orto estivo, diserbo, fienagione
  * estate - annaffiature, piantagione orto invernale, raccolta legna, raccolta di frutti, confetture
  * autunno - raccolta frutta e castagne, confetture, raccolta legna.
  Ci sono alcuni lavori di manutenzione e sistemazione della casa da concludere.
  Mi piacerebbe imparare l'inglese.
  Abbiamo bisogno di house e pet sitter per poterci assentare in alcuni weekend.
