I run a friendly and vibrant hostel in the heart of Batumi, Georgia, just a short distance from the beautiful Black Sea beach. Our hostel accommodates up to 16 guests, creating a cozy and social atmosphere perfect for cultural exchange and making new friends from around the world.
As Batumi’s busy season approaches, the hostel will be lively with events, activities, and plenty of opportunities for guests and volunteers to connect. I personally manage the hostel, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for everyone.

Aide
Volunteer Duties & Hostel Rules.
1. Bathroom Cleaning
- Clean bathrooms *every hour (check sinks, mirrors, floors, and toilets).
- Refill toilet paper, soap, and other supplies as needed.
2. Toilet Trash
- Empty bathroom trash bins daily and replace liners.
3. Room Floors
- Sweep and mop guest room floors daily(or as needed).
4. Kitchen Cleaning
- Keep the kitchen spotless—wipe counters, clean spills, and wash dishes.
- Ensure the stove, fridge, and microwave are clean after use.
5. Balcony Cleaning
- Sweep and tidy the balconies daily.
- Remove any trash or clutter.
6. Laundry Duty
- Wash bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels immediately after a guest checks out.
- Fold and store clean linens properly.
7. Understand Hostel Rules
- Read and follow all hostel policies (check-in/out, quiet hours, guest behavior, etc.).
- Help guests follow the rules politely.
8. Common Areas (Living Room & Balcony)
- Organize and clean the living room daily (fluff pillows, arrange furniture, remove trash).
- Keep outdoor balcony areas neat and inviting.
9. General Responsibilities
- Be proactive—spot cleaning tasks without being asked.
- Report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken items) immediately.
10. Guest Interaction
- Be friendly and helpful to guests when needed.
- Answer basic questions about the hostel or area.
