  Description

  My name is Valentina, I’m a 34-year-old woman from Italy, and I’d love to welcome you to my home!
  
  I work online as a data protection consultant and usually travel to warmer countries during the winter, but this year I decided to spend more time at home doing some maintenance and projects. I love animals, I’m vegetarian, an active feminist, and a passionate traveler. I practice meditation and yoga daily, and I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. When I have the chance, I travel with my camper—something I’ve done for years, living and exploring different places. After many years using Workaway as a volunteer, I decided it was time to become a host myself.
  
  When I’m not traveling, I live mostly on my own in a small rural village in Tuscany, surrounded by beautiful nature, halfway between Florence and Bologna. Occasionally, my father and brother visit, but most of the time it’s a quiet life. The village is quite isolated, so this opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys rural life, nature, and a slower pace of living.
  
  During the week, I work online (Monday to Friday), so I’m looking for an independent person who can manage their own time. On weekends, we can plan trips to nearby towns or cities, explore Tuscany, and share experiences together.

  At my place, you can learn some Italian words and practice the language in a relaxed, everyday setting. I can also teach you how to make homemade pasta and share traditional Tuscan cooking tips. In addition, we can go on walks together in the beautiful surrounding countryside, exploring nature and enjoying the peaceful rural life.

  I am looking for someone reliable, respectful, and independent. If you enjoy a rural lifestyle, being outdoors, and spending time with animals, you will feel at home here.
  
  The help I need is simple and part of everyday life:
  keeping the house clean and tidy,
  feeding my animals: sheeps, chickens helping in the vegetable gardening,
  sometimes cooking,
  doing some maintenance work.
  Nothing too demanding, just everyday support that makes life here easier and more pleasant.

  Hébergement

  You will have a private room in my house, giving you your own personal space. The bathroom is shared (there are three bathrooms in the house), and you will have full access to common areas. The house is comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful rural surroundings. I'm vegetarian, so I would prefer someone who has the same lifestyle or can adapt to vegetarian meals.
  
  I provide 3 meals a day in exchange for up to 25 hours a week of help (with 2 full days off)

  Please note that this is a rural area without a train station, so any trips or transport need to be planned together in advance. This is a safe and peaceful environment, so drugs and any illegal activities are strictly not allowed. I am looking for someone respectful, responsible, and willing to enjoy the simplicity of rural life.

  You can work comfortably at the kitchen table, and for private meetings or focused work, you are welcome to use one of the desks in the private rooms. There is a fast internet connection, making it easy to work online while helping around the house.
