We feel privileged to be part of the team at this amazing Ambiance & TOP-RATED Hostel in Faro, Algarve, PORTUGAL. Our team is multicultural, highly motivated about this beautiful project, and we all share our daily routine with enthusiast vibes. Driving the same dynamic together is crucial for us. Respecting and adapting to the high standards and the unique vibe already established are fundamental aspects for us. Additionally, upholding the community lifestyle rules, and ensuring things stay tidy and clean, holds great importance for all of us. The beginning of every new season holds special significance, especially this one, considering the high level of memories and happiness we all shared during our fantastic previous season, staff, and guests included.
Our beautiful little house exudes a cosy Mediterranean vibe with some beautiful bohemian touches, especially at night. Situated in Faro's down-town area, right next to the international bus and train stations, and only 6 km from Faro International Airport. We boast a sunny rooftop with hammocks, a delightful and social breakfast every day, and numerous pleasant guests, with plenty of memories waiting to be made. Faro beach is 8 km from the hostel, reachable by a 25-minute beautiful, peaceful, and inexpensive boat ride."
Our successful applicant will be/ have:

The atmosphere at our hostel is friendly and relaxed. We take our position and every shift very seriously and help each other as a community experience.

What’s in it for you?
You’ll be part of this amazing experience, our friendly and relaxed hostel community, with a bed (including linens and towels) in the staff room with other staff members. Clean, spacious and fully equipped kitchen to use, laundry services and Wi-Fi. You’ll have time for yourself in our beautiful and authentic Portuguese house. Freshly made pancakes in the morning. Rooftop with hammock with view on the marina of Faro, a lot of new people to meet, new memories to create, and plenty of ne things to learn or to share.

Portugal life experience, by living in Faro, you will get to know a new cultures and practice languages in a relaxed, sunny and multi-cultural house. Great place to relax, find peace and great location to easily explore other cities in Portugal and Spain (The hostel is close to the bus and train stations). 20 min bus to the beach, or inexpensive boat to the beach through the Ria Formosa natural park.

A popular destination for sun-seekers from northern Europe and the UK. In winter, it is a beautiful, peaceful corner of Southern Europe with plenty of sun bleaching the white-washed town with Iberian and Moorish-influenced architecture. The people are more friendly than other parts of Europe. Many speak a bit of English, but are very appreciative of any attempts at Portuguese.

When I arrived at the hostel I could feel the amazing atmosphere right away. Within a few days I totally felt at home. The work itself and communication was also good.
