  Hi, my name is Paulo, I'm a 30 y.o. permaculture designer, and dog caretaker. Traveling to learn how to put permaculture into practice was a great part of my life. I've spent part of 2016 and 2017 in Santa Catarina, where i've met and engaged different projects. After gathering a lot of knowledge, and getting a permaculture design certificate in Guapore, Rio Grande do Sul, I've decided to come to my family's farm, and now, we separated an area where I'm implementing a living space surrounded by a food forest. Need help expanding the vegetation area, and finishing constructing a tiny house.
  
  Ola, me chamo Paulo Vinicius, sou agrofloresteiro, permacultor, e cuidador de cães, e tenho 30 anos. Viajar para aprender na pratica a permacultura foi grande parte da minha historia, passei cerca de um ano e meio na regiao Sul do Brasil, especialmente em Santa Catarina, onde eu me envolvi e participei de diferentes projetos. Apos acumular muito conhecimento, e realizar um PDC em Guapore - RS eu decidi vir para o sitio da minha familia. Temos uma area reservada para o planejamento com permacultura de diferentes estruturas permeadas e cercadas por agroflorestas, ou ao menos canteirões agroflorestais.

  Travelers will be able to meet this brand new project, that already counts with two little experimental natural constructions (and there are more to come). We are already designing on site the food forest. Besides all the great work that permaculture can provides us, the volunteers will be also able to meet the neighbors as well, who has their own production of beer, and a Pub where they sell it on the weekends. And they have some adventure sports like zip lines. Other than that, if the volunteers are looking for more permaculture and food forest projects, we can indicate a few that are very close to us.
  
  Viajantes poderao conhecer esse projeto ainda em fase inicial. Ja contamos com algumas pequenas estruturas teste, feitas utilizando elementos da bioconstrucao, e pensamos em fazer outras. A floresta\bosque de alimentos esta sendo implementada aos poucos, misturando elementos da permacultura, e tambem da agrofloresta. Alem disso, voluntarios e voluntarias terao tempo de sobra pra conhecer os arredores, visitar as cidades proximas (Guaratingueta, Cunha e Lagoinha), conhecer o espaco do sitio dedicado a hospedagem e atividades recreativas e de aventura, onde temos aos fins de semana venda de cerveja artesanal.
  E por fim podemos tambem indicar alguns projetos de permacultura, bioconstrucao e agrofloresta aqui por perto, aos que querem seguir conhecendo diferentes trabalhos.

  I need help carrying for the plants, designing the place, creating trails on the forest, gathering wood and manure, and all kinds of gardening stuff.
  
  Necessito ajuda pra cuidar das plantas, fazer podas e limpeza manual de canteiro, fazendo um design de planejamento do projeto, criando trilhas, coletando lenha e composto, e todo tipo de coisas envolvendo jardinagem.

  Hébergement

  *****March/April 2022: My parents are on a trip and the main house is vaccant for that time, so we can better accomodate you. I would love to receive volunteers here, to help with day-to-day tasks and try to improve my parents place while they are away, planting new things, cleaning old weeds, etc. So they will have a suprise on return.
  
  
  **Since 2020 hosting people around my parents house is only an option when volunteers accept to use masks around the common indoor spaces. I myself have been camping to avoid to much contact with them. We have a tinyhouse that has a couple's bed, and space for camping, where volunteers could have more privacy.
  
  We have one house where we are going to have our refections. There we have a spare bed, and a sofa (which is for 2 people), but we prefer people who can and want to camp, we have lots of space for that.
  I usually cook only one time a day, and have only one great meal, that I don't mind sharing (vegan). But volunteers can eat as many times as they feel the need to, only they will have to be able to make their own meals as well.
  
  ***** Março/Abril 2022: Meus pais estão viajando e casa principal está vaga para melhor receber voluntários. Adoraria receber pessoas que possam ajudar com tarefas basicas do dia-a-dia, e que possam me ajudar a melhorar o espaço dos meus pais enquanto eles estão fora (arrumar e fazer novos canteiros. fazer podas e estimular ciclagem de nutrientes com materia organica, etc).
  
  **Desde 2020 temos determinado que poderão se hospedar na casa principal apenas os que aceitarem tomar os cuidados mínimos em ambientes internos comuns. Para facilitar e termos todos mais privacidade é possivel que os voluntarios se hospedem na minicasa (que tem cama e espaço para armar barraca dentro), apesar de ainda não termos finalizado sua construção.
  
  Temos uma casa onde fazemos nossas refeicoes. Na casa, durante a semana costumamos ter duas camas de casal livres. Alem disso temos colchoes e dois sofas cama. Se quiserem mais privacidade tambem temos area para camping.
  Eu costumo cozinhar e me alimentar ao menos uma vez ao dia, sendo que eu tenho habito de praticar jejum. Mas a cozinha estara aberta para utilizacao de quem quiser comer antes. Geralmente preparo apenas um almojanta vegan.

  Nearby we have some waterfalls, a naturist camp and club, and on the surroundings we have a few touristic cities, like Cunha, known by its beautiful nature and by the artisans as well.
  
  Perto temos algumas cachoeiras, um clube naturista. Alem de cidades turisticas nos arredores, como Cunha, conhecida por sua bela natureza e tambem por seu artesanato.

  Yes. We could have some trouble with the energy or the conection, but most of the times it works great.
