Description
We are a family with 5 small children.
We moved to the countryside almost five years ago and try to create a comfortable home from an old farmhouse in the middle of wild nature. Enjoying it tremendously and would like to share this experience!

We share our music instruments (violin, garmoshka, guitar, piano) and like to have interesting discussions.

Aide
This summer we are preparing to lay foundation for a new building next to our main house. We would appreciate extra hands cleaning the construction site. And we are always grateful for help with looking after children, taking care of the animals, gardening and cooking.

Hébergement
We have created a sleeping space in our barn and it is also possible to sleep in hayloft or in a tent. There is an outdoor washing possibility and we are working on constructing summer kitchen and shower with warm water for volunteers.

We are living in midst of wild nature and one can explore surroundings at will (nature protection area, underground sand mine and hiking routes nearby).

I had a very pleasant and rewarding stay at Marta and Kaarel's place.
I stayed there for 5 weeks , as a very first workaway, and everything was very good to me, from the work to the bedroom, the food, the lifestyle, their personalities.

I spent time with Kaarel & Marta in Aug 17. It was an extraordinary experience for me. My hosts were gracious and accommodating and made me feel very welcome and at home. I stayed with the family for a week. They were really friendly and easy-going. Tasks were allocated according to your ability and preference. And Karell will keep checking if everything is fine with you. They were very thoughtful.

Sietse helped us in our farm for 2 weeks and it was wonderful. Although he does not have too much experience with farm life in general, he is a quick learner and quite autonomous.
