Description
Our school's mission is to support students in excelling in both life skills and English. It is located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Our goals are to teach children about leadership, social consciousness, the environment, moral growth, and virtues.
We are now looking for more volunteers to work with us and help our kids in Cambodia. Through teaching English and leading workshops, volunteers can impart their expertise, experiences, and cultural backgrounds. Our pupils love engaging with others and are quite amiable. It will be necessary for each volunteer to instruct for up to six hours every day, Monday through Thursday.
✅Volunteer Expense Details: ⭐️Our volunteers' commitment and contributions are much valued, as they play a crucial role in improving our classroom atmosphere and fostering our students' personal development. We would like to make you aware of the costs associated with a one-month volunteering period in order to maintain the smooth operation of our volunteer program.
⭐️We spend at least $500 in total to accommodate a volunteer for a month. We are happy to let you know that this cost will be covered by our school.
We hope that by covering for the expenses, we will draw those who genuinely care about improving the lives of our kids. We think that this financial assistance will inspire dedicated people to become members of our team and contribute their time, expertise, and experience to fostering the success of our school community.
⭐️We understand that volunteering calls for a major time and energy commitment, so we want to be sure that individuals who accept this position are committed to their duties.
Volunteer Timetable 🗓
It is anticipated that volunteers would work Monday through Thursday. Every day is split into two halves:
Monday to Thursday: ☀️7:30 AM to 10:30 AM 🌤️: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Aide
Volunteers require a time commitment to stay with us for a minimum of one month or longer. You may apply for a tourist visa once you get here, but if you want to remain longer, you can also apply for a business visa.
✅What Our Volunteers Should Expect:
In order to make sure that your time as a volunteer at our school is both productive and beneficial for you and our students, we have a few important expectations.
🔃 English teaching: You'll be expected to work with our local teachers to teach English. Our students benefit from a diversified learning experience thanks to this collaborative approach.
🔸Independent Teaching: You may be required to complete the course independently. This might occur if the circumstances call for it or if the local teacher is not accessible. We greatly admire your adaptability and willingness to take the lead in the classroom on your own.
🔸Substitute Teaching: You might also be asked to take over the lesson if a local teacher is absent for one or two days. By doing this, we can make sure that our students education remains uninterrupted.
You will assist us in keeping our students in a reliable and productive learning environment by meeting these standards. Your commitment and collaboration are crucial to our program's success.
✅Teaching ESL as a Volunteer
Your main responsibility as a volunteer at our school will be to assist our local teachers in giving our students an outstanding English education. Your assistance will be essential in improving their language proficiency and overall educational experience.
🔃Cultural Exchange: To boost student awareness and respect of other cultures, share your culture and life experiences with them. Classes, conversations, and interactive activities can do this.
🏃Student Engagement: Encourage an energetic and lively classroom. Motivate students to communicate with one another in English, take an active part in the classroom, and develop confidence in their language abilities.

The volunteers must notify us by message with the specific arrival date and the duration (days, weeks, or months) that they are able to spend with us. You may apply using a business or tourist visa. It is quite simple to renew a visa in Cambodia. Additionally, if you could provide us with your email address, we will give you the folders containing the applications and other instructions.
