  Description

  We are a friendly couple that live on the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) in Queensland with a house improvement project.
  
  The house is a 10min drive/bus (or 20min walk) to the beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast. If you don't have a car, there are busses nearby and we also have bicycles you can use to get around. Shops, cafes and bars all close by.
  
  The house you would be staying in is mid-improvement. Nothing structural, just cosmetic updates and you would have your own separate space to stay in.

  We both love cooking so will provide you with meals and will eat together at times.
  
  The Sunshine Coast is a beautiful place with amazing beaches close by and the hinterland with hiking trails and waterfalls only a short drive away.

  Aide

  The improvement tasks on the house are mostly cosmetic, with cleaning, prep work, painting, gardening and replacing decking the most likely tasks you will be asked to assist with.
  
  Sam works from home so will be assisting with the work in between meetings and available to provide guidance.
  
  This would be perfect for a couple that have some experience with the above tasks and couples are preferred.

  You will have your own airconditioned space in the house. There are multiple bathrooms so you will have an exclusive use bathroom most of the time (subject to where the renovations are currently occurring). There may be times where the floor is a bare concrete slab (while flooring is being replaced), however, still keeping the place clean and tidy is a priority to us.
  
  All food will be provided. We are happy to provide a mix of groceries that you can make your own food from and/or meals that we will prepare for you depending on your preference. Please let us know the types of foods you like to eat so that we can stock the fridge and cupboard with these foods prior to your arrival.

  Autres infos...

  There is a lot to do close by, beaches, cafes, bars within walking / cycling distance. Cotton Tree is one of our favorite coffee and beach spots nearby. Easily accessible busses. If you don't have a vehicle and we are free, we can even drop you somewhere.
  
  You are free to come and go as you please, however, we ask that you keep the place clean and tidy and don't invite anyone else to the house (there are plenty of places to meet friends nearby).

  House is fitted with internet connection and places to work from. We work from home also so the house is set up to accommodate this.

  There is on street parking available for motorhomes / campers. If you have a small van then there may be an option to park in the driveway.
