  Description

  Hi ! We are Ramon and Edna, we run a small water sports school here in Cancún. It's all about wind and water sports, good vibes and feeling like home. Our spot is in a safe and peaceful area, perfect for teaching and practicing kitesurfing, wingfoiling and foiling. We also offer activities like paddleboarding, electric jetboarding, etc.
  
  Ramon is the head instructor and Edna takes care of the administration, we are a small team so we truly appreciate any voluntary help we can get.
  
  We are looking for a friendly and responsible person willing to help us with the daily routine and general maintenance of the school. We would love someone who enjoys outdoor sports.
  *A minimum stay of two months is required* (if you are a kiter it's possible 1 month)
  *Speaking spanish and english is essential to join our team**

  By joining our team, you’ll spend your days working in one of Cancun’s most beautiful, secure, and exclusive neighborhoods, while learning the "behind-the-scenes" of a premium water sports school. You’ll interact with a vibrant mix of locals and international tourists, surrounded by like-minded, active individuals from all over the world. Since our home base is in the heart of the city, you’ll live like a true Cancunense, benefiting from a "best of both worlds" approach that allows you to sharpen your hospitality skills while connecting with a dynamic, global community of travelers and locals alike.
  
  Outside of work, the ocean is your playground! You’ll enjoy free access to our kayaks and paddleboards, plus special staff deals on wingfoiling and kitesurfing lessons when the school is quiet. We’ll share our best insider tips to help you explore Mayan ruins, hidden cenotes, and nearby gems like Isla Mujeres and Tulum. It’s more than a volunteer spot; it’s a unique opportunity to learn new skills, make lifelong friends.

  Aide

  We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to join our team and help with the daily routine and general maintenance of the school. Your tasks will include: opening and closing the school, welcoming our windlovers community, assisting kite instructors and clients, cleaning and storing equipment, keeping the spot tidy, landing and launching kites, and occasionally helping with our social media.
  
  *We’d love to have volunteers who enjoys outdoor sports.
  *The wind dictates our activities, so there are no fixed schedules; we need people who are flexible with their time.
  *A minimum stay of two months is required.

  Hébergement

  You'll be staying in a comfortable house located in a quiet and safe area of Cancún, about 15 minutes from the school by bike (5 km). We’ll lend you a bike! 😉
  
  Accommodation is a cozy bed in a shared bedroom (shared with one other team member). Rooms are usually arranged by gender (girls in one room, guys in another). This is a shared living space with other team members, it’s not a private room or private house. Everyone is expected to contribute to keeping the house clean and organized.
  
  The house is close to supermarkets, ATMs, and shopping centers, making it easy to get around and run errands.
  
  The kitchen is fully available if you’d like to cook, or you can eat out nearby for under $15 USD. We'll provide you some basic items like pasta, eggs, rice, oil, and salt, the rest is up to you to get creative 🙂
  
  There’s also a garden and a pool where you can relax during your free time (please follow the condo rules).
