  Description

  We are an international married couple with a 9 year old son. Jason is originally from UK and Deboragh from the States. We love traveling and have lived in several countries before returning to the States. We are very active and enjoy all that life has to offer. With the experience we have gained and classes we have taken we have worked very hard the past 18 months to set up and establish a homestead which so far includes chickens, sheep and Bees with the sole purpose of self sufficiency. We are in the process of setting up our rain catchment system for irrigation and have increased the number of raised beds we have to 6 large beds about 16 ft long by 4 ft wide. We are connected to the community for localized help to ensure we can continue to expand our knowledge base and further our projects. We offer an opportunity for someone to come stay and learn from us and be a part of this exciting project. Ideally seeking a health conscious and friendly upbeat person.

  An opportunity to enjoy being a part of our project and helping us get things done whilst being able to explore all that this area has to offer. We are surrounded by horse farms mostly however cultural museums and the downtown aren't that far away either. Opportunity to learn from us and the knowledge we have gained on animal husbandry, water irrigation, raised vegetable beds, raising Bees etc.
