  Description

  Unser Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück (10.000 m²) mit schöner Parkanlage, Garten, kleinem Tiergehege. Es befinden sich zahlreiche kleine Angebote und Einrichtungen auf dem Grundstück (viele Bereiche zum Sitzen/Erholen, Pool, Blockhaus-Sauna, Außenbillard, Kicker, 800-m²-Teich mit kleinem Wasserfall, Tiere (3 Zwergziegen, 4 Zier-Schafe, 2 Minischweine, 5 Zier-Kaninchen), viele Bäume (parkähnlich), mehrere Bereiche zum Grillen, schöne Terrasse mit Kamin, Außenküche, Außen-Bar, Backofen, Caravan- und Campingmöglichkeiten. Die 5 Gästezimmer und 5 Ferienwohnungen sind in 2 Gebäuden untergebracht, ein Gemeinschafts-Raum und eine Gemeinschafts-Küche befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es auch eine Lehm-Fachwerkscheune, für die es noch Pläne gibt. Unser Grundstück befindet sich am Ortsrand von Rottenbach (einem Ortsteil der Stadt Königsee), nur 200 m bis zum Bahnhof und Bus.
  Wir haben ein großes Interesse daran, dass uns Menschen aus anderen Kulturen besuchen und dass wir dadurch neue Ideen für Projekte bekommen. Unsere Einrichtung ist so gestaltet, dass sich Menschen verschiedener Herkunft begegnen und kennenlernen können. Dazu möchten wir neue Kontakte knüpfen.
  
  Our guest house is located on a large plot (10,000 m²) with beautiful park, garden, small animal enclosure. Our property is located on the outskirts of Rottenbach (a district of the city Königsee), only 200 meters to the train station and bus.
  We are very interested in people from other cultures visiting us, and that gives us new ideas for projects. Our facility is designed so that people of different backgrounds can meet and get to know each other. For this we would like to make new contacts.

  Workawayer können am Familienleben, am Leben in unserer Freizeit und mit unseren Nachbarn und den Menschen im Ort teilnehmen. Die Workawayer können am Privatleben und beim Vereinsleben und Feiern im Ort teilnehmen. Ich als Inhaber unseres Gästehauses wünsche mir zusammen mit meinen erwachsenen Kindern internationale Kontakte und neue Freunde aus vielen Ländern. Der kulturelle Austausch steht im Mittelpunkt. Wir sind gegenüber anderen Kulturen ausgesprochen tolerant.

  Die Unterkunft soll in einem schönen voll ausgestatteten Wohnwagen sein oder in einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, es gibt auf dem Grundstück im Gästehaus extra Toiletten und Dusche, die sind komfortabler, als die zu kleine Dusche im Wohnwagen. Es ist aber auch möglich vorübergehend eine kleine Ferienwohnung zu nutzen, wenn diese nicht belegt ist. Das Essen erfolgt mit unserer Familie, Lebensmittel und Getränke sind ausreichend vorhanden, auch eigenes Kochen ist möglich. Vorzugsweise aber zusammen mit der Familie.
