  Description

  I am a single mother of two children (4 and 7 years old) and we have a nice home in a residential neighborhood of Palma, and we would like to share a room in our house with someone who can help us with house cleaning and babysitting occasionally.
  
  It will be about 10 hours of cleaning per week and about 10 hours of babysitting per week.
  
  We only accept women, please refrain from men. Please also refrain from stays of less than 2-3 months. I am a busy mom so I am sorry but I will not respond to those who do not meet these requirements. It is not good for children to change guests too often.

  Soy mamá soltera de dos niños (4 y 7 años) y tenemos un bonito hogar en un barrio residencial de Palma, y nos gustaría compartir una habitación de nuestra casa con alguien que nos ayude con la limpieza del hogar y cuidar a los niños ocasionalmente.
  
  Serán unas 10 horas de limpieza semanales y unas 10 horas semanales de cuidado de niños.
  
  Solo aceptamos mujeres, hombres abstenerse por favor. También abstenerse estancias menores a 2-3 meses. Soy una mamá ocupada así que lo siento pero no responderé a los que no cumplan estos requisitos. No es bueno para los niños cambiar huéspedes muy a menudo.

  I would be glad to show our guest the wonders of our island. We love going on hikes, going to the beach, and enjoy the weather this island offers. On weekends we try to get out for fresh air!
  Our home is well communicated with various bus lines to explore the city and the island in their free time.
  
  You will also have plenty of free time since the kids are at home only every other weekend, and during the week the house is empty from 8:30 to 18:00

  We would love to host someone who will do cleaning in our home. She must get along with kids and like to play with them, and occasionally (maybe once or twice a week help feeding them, bathing, bed time, etc.

  Hébergement

  We live in a three bedroom townhouse (with 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet) in Son Armadams, a residential area of the city that’s walking distance to the port, restaurant area and old town. Also close to Castillo de Bellver beautiful hikes, and a bus stop next door that takes you anywhere in the city.
  
  The guest room has one twin bed, space for clothes and a balcony. Our home is in a gated community that has a pool and a grass area for relaxing and sunbathing. We also have a terrace with a chill out in our home.

  It is no secret how beautiful Mallorca is. There are many places to visit and explore. If in season, is also easy to get a part-time job for EU nationals.
