  Description

  Our place is run by Sabina (25) and Ivan (29) a young couple that after many years spent in London, decided to travel for a while in Patagonia before settling in the italian Alps and starting their restaurant in the middle of a beech wood, right above lake Maggiore.

  The traveller who must be passionate about food can learn alot about italian traditional home made cooking and also experience the fantastic nature surrounding our place.
  
  There are also alot of other things that can be done daily such as taking care of the garden, the wood, the trees etc.

  Aide

  We are a newly opened restaurant+rooms on top of Mottarone mountain, overlooking Lake Maggiore.
  We prepare fresh food every morning to be served for lunch and dinner to our guests, we only use the best sourced ingredients and make everything in the best way possible to guarantee a great experience to our guests which can also stay with us for the night in one of the 5 rooms.
  
  We are located at 1400m asl in the middle of a wood of over 250 beech trees and it's run by Ivan (29) and Sabina (25).
  
  As we are a family ran business, we dont have a specific task for you, your help will be needed in looking after the garden, the trees, building up a little barn/shed where to store to logs and setting up a play area for all the kids that come and see us.
  
  We have a lot of experience in both the kitchen and running a restaurant that we would love to share with another young enthusiast like ourselves.
  
  Lastly, I have been an english and italian teacher for a little while so I can help you learn either of these languages!

  Time off can be spent climbing, hiking, swimming in the lake, running, relaxing, sun bathing, exploring nature! We love the outdoors and days off in nature :D
