  Description

  Our house is 20 km from Albi, 80 from Toulouse and 100 from Carcassonne.....We are a retired couple, Odile 77 years and Gaston 74 years of age, living in a large mansion "Lane" in a park of 4 hectares. We are located in the middle of the Department of the Tarn, southwest of the France, almost a small city Réalmont (1.6 km from us), itself located 20 km from Castres in the South and 20 km from Albi to the North. Carcassonne -- the big medieval city -- is 100 km away.
  Réalmont offers all amenities and Bus service can go either Castres to Albi (the Cathedral is on the UNESCO World Heritage). Toulouse, the Pink City, regional capital is located 85 km, and we can go there by train from Castres or Albi.
  We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren + cats, we love the classical and baroque music, and to travel in France or abroad; Odile made many genealogy and Gaston prefer DIY and maintenance of the Park. We do bed and breakfast from May to September because we like to have guests from all around the world and communicate with them.
  Taking age, we are seeking someone to take care of the Park: cleaning, weeding, treatment of plants - shrubs, size, cut wood, mowing, maintenance of equipment (microtracteur, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, lawn mower, atomizer, blower, etc...).
  We offer accommodation and food food (and the person may on occasion share meals with us), the opportunity to know the area, and in return we ask between 3 and 5 h per day (5 days per week) to spread based on the time and wishes of everyone.

  they will have plenty of spare time to visit the Tarn area which is full of history, monuments and natural sites.... language, and to have contacts wjth the local people and guests.

  cutting branches, mowing the grass, planting new flowers, keeping the park clean, collecting wood for the fire and maintaining the equipments : tractor, chainsaw and so on....

  There is a lot to do around : old towns and architecture -- Albi, Toulouse, Carcassonne, plus some very nice villages.
  Gaiilac (30 km) is a very big wineyards area, ther are many pedestrian or bicycle circuits.
  We can sometimes drive the helper around.
