  Description

  Rob and I have a small hobby farm in the gorgeous Ferguson Valley. We have a dog called Harry who loves playing chase and going to the beach. And we have four delightful grandchildren. Rob is the secretary of his local Lions Club and I do volunteer work with refugee families.

  I am a retired school teacher so I would be able to offer assistance to anyone who would like to improve their written or spoken English. We are very happy to share a bit of true Aussie life as well as some travelling to different places around the Southwest of Western Australia. Rob and I love meeting and learning from people from other countries as well as sharing our life with them.

  We would like some help with general maintenance in the gardens and properties. Rob wants to put up new fences on the farm so some helpers who are younger and stronger than me would be much appreciated.

  I will do the cooking (Rob can't cook!!) but I am very happy to have others cook for us. I will expect the helpers to maintain a clean bedroom and bathroom plus help do the dishes etc

  Our farm is very close to the beautiful state forest and only two hours south of Perth. There is a daily train (soon)and bus service to and from Bunbury which is very close to our property. You can enjoy real Aussie bush with lots of kangaroos and native birds. Rob, Harry and I often drive into Bunbury and the beaches. We love to take the workaways with us
