Description
We are an Ayuryoga retreat located in the tropical paradise of Varkala, Kerala. Our new project is to market our retreats for the reopening of India to international tourists.
We have 7 rooms all with attached bathroom, large yoga shala, Ayurveda massage room and large tropical garden where our restaurant is located.
We are an all female team, from UK, Spain and our staff are local ladies with families to support. We have been running our retreat for 15 years and up until the start of the pandemic we had sufficient business to cover our costs and invest in improvements. However, the last 2 years have been very difficult without international tourists which made up 95% of our market segment. We need to start marketing towards the reopening of India plus at the same time increase domestic tourism business.

All our staff are local ladies and we are located in a residential area of Varkala, surrounded by local residents and beautiful tropical trees and plants.
You can learn how to cook, learn or improve your Malayalam, learn yoga, ayurveda. Enjoy the local festivales and of course the tropical beaches.
You can also learn how to run a retreat, as well as dealing with clients from all over the world.
Aide
We are seeking a marketing professional who has experince in yoga and ayurveda retreats. A person who can work alongside myself, build marketing strategy and implementation. The working hours are flexible,.but a minimum of 3 days work is required. We want someone who is passionate about social marketing and has an understanding of reteats and TTC would be an advantage.

Double fan room with attached bathroom. You would have your own private room and bathroom and use of all the common facilities.
