  Description

  Our family-owned surf camp is located in Tamraght, Morocco, close to the ocean and surrounded by a relaxed surf vibe. We welcome travelers from all over the world who want to experience Moroccan culture, surf life, and community living.
  
  We currently employ 3 local Moroccan staff members who handle all professional duties, including a professional cook, a dedicated cleaner for the guest rooms, and a surf instructor.
  
  We are looking for motivated, open-minded volunteers to join our community. Their role is strictly to help with social interaction, language exchange with guests, and creative projects like photography, video, or social media content to share our surf vibe with the world. Volunteers also help with light tasks in the common areas alongside our team to keep the community spirit alive.
  
  We offer a fair exchange: 4-5 hours of help per day, 5 days a week, with 2 full days off to surf and explore the beautiful Agadir region.

  Volunteers will fully immerse themselves in the Moroccan way of life. They will learn about our local traditions, try authentic Moroccan cuisine, and practice Darija (Moroccan Arabic) with our family and staff. Living in Tamraght offers a unique chance to understand the local surf culture and connect with the village community. It’s a great opportunity to share skills, learn about hospitality in a family environment, and enjoy the beautiful Atlantic coast.

  Aide

  We are looking for volunteers to help with social interaction, language exchange, and creative projects. This includes taking photos/videos for our social media, helping to organize group activities like movie nights or beach clean-ups, and generally sharing their good vibes with our community. Please note: Volunteers are NOT involved in any commercial tasks like serving food or drinks to paying guests; we have local professional staff for these roles.
