Description
We are a French/Colombian couple in love with the Mexican Caribbean and particularly with Mahahual. We have finished the construction of a Villa in front of the sea and now we are dedicated to its interior decoration as well as its gardens.
We want to make the villa an exceptional place with its gardens, interior/exterior decoration and make guests feel surprised by its beauty.
Many DIY projects to do and all decoration and landscaping ideas will be heard. If you have artistic skills they are welcome
Somo una pareja Colombo/francesa enamorada del caribe mexicano y particularmente de Mahahual. Hemos terminado la construcción de una Villa al frente del mar y ahora estamos dedicados a su decoración tanto interior como de sus jardines.
Muchos DIY proyectos por hacer y todas las ideas de decoración y paisajismo seran escuchadas. Si tienes habilidades artisticas son bienvenidas

We will work together on the different DIY projects and it will be the opportunity for you to learn and improve your level of Spanish and/or French. In the same way we can learn from your technical skills
Sharing with us you can learn to prepare typical meals of the region and in general of Mexico. If you like to cook we will be happy if you teach us your favorite recipes.
By lifestyle we are world travelers and we have had the opportunity to live on several continents, and we would like to share and contribute to the travel experience of the volunteers as well as learn about their travel adventures while enjoying the Mexican Caribbean.
Trabajaremos juntos en los diferentes proyectos DIY y será la oportunidad para que aprendas y mejores tu nivel de español y/o frances. De igual manera podremos aprender de tus habilidades técnicas
Compartiendo con nosotros podrás aprender a preparar las comidas tipicas de la región y en general de México. Si te gusta cocinar estaremos felices de que nos enseñes tus recetas favoritas.
Nosotros por estilo de vida somos viajeros del mundo y hemos tenido la oportunidad de vivir en varios continentes, y nos gustaría compartir y aportar a la experiencia de viaje de los voluntarios asi como conocer sus aventuras de viaje mientras disfrutan del caribe méxicano.

We will be happy to welcome volunteers to help us with the cleaning/general maintenance of the Villa, gardens and beach
DIY Projects, decoration and art projects will be great.
We prefer couples or friends traveling together.
Estaremos encantados de acoger voluntarios que nos ayuden con el aseo/mantenimiento general del Villa, jardines y la playa.
Proyectos de bricolaje, decoración y proyectos de arte serán geniales.

We are interested in improving the level of English and always with an open mind to learn other languages. Listo para aprender o mejorar tu español? Compartiendo con nosotros tendras la oportunidad de aprenderlo y practicarlo. Estamos interesados en mejorar el nivel de ingles y siempre con la mente abierta de aprender otros lenguajes.
Hébergement
The house for volunteers consisting of a private room with bathroom/shower and their own kitchen.
The kitchen has a gas stove, pantry and refrigerator
La casa para los voluntarios que consta de una habitación privada con baño/ducha y su propia cocina.
La cocina cuenta con una estufa a gas, despensa y refrigerador.

Volunteers will be able to enjoy the beach, snorkeling in the reef just in front, kayaks and paddle are available, as well as enjoy fishing. We are always ready to practice Spanish/French.
The town of Mahahual is 11 km away, there you will find restaurants, beach clubs and typical food.
You can visit the sanctuary for the breeding and protection of turtles that is located a few kilometers from the Villa
Bacalar and several archaeological ruins are about 1.5 hours away.
Los voluntarios podrán disfrutar de la playa, snorkeling en el arrecife justo al frente, kayaks y padle estan disponibles, asi como disfrutar de la pesca. Siempre estamos listos para practicar español/francés.
El poblado de Mahahual se encuentra a 11 Km, allí encontraran restaurantes, beach clubs y comida tipica.
Podran visitar el santuario para la cria y protección de las tortugas que se encuentra a unos kilometros de la Villa
Bacalar y varias ruinas arquelogicas se encuentran a unas 1.5 hrs de distancia.
