  Description

  Hi, I was born in 1969 in Balkans in Europe.I am maried , live and work in Saint Malo in France since 20 years. as artisan in deco ,my wife is photographe. We are normal people. Age 50-55.
  We alredy done a lot of work , but it rest few months of work.
  I have a huge nolidge in bilding and restauration works.,But I need someone to help me, its better when are two person.
  That can be interesting for someone who want to see how it works and also to see the diferent technics and professions in bilding but specialy in decoration. Its my speciality.
  We use to live in te same house(the renovated part) in good confort. House is in very good place in center of town, close to beach and old town, also.
  You will have your own room and we share kitchen , bathroom and toilet.We also have small garden(for barbeque or cat...), bicycle

  Mi wife and me, we are people with lot of experience. Cosmopolite. Speake lenguages and traveling ,also.Humanists.
  Saint Malo is very attractive historical and nautic place . Mont Saint Michele is about 40 km etc. The cost is beautifull.
  There are lot of happenings whole year. Lot of sports with wind.
  I have a car for some of week ends
  Saint Malo is quit good place, specialy for descovering

  There will be demolition, constructon anex for the house about 3.5 m x 4 m.Creation of roof and inside : all instalations and decorative etapes. Exterior: Peinings of ext walls and lot of small fixations ,parquet on flor. We will do all in renovation of house, by own self
  Perfect for someone who is curious and like high level of decorations.

  This is very good oportunity for a young man, who's couridge and curious and specialy if he have some autonome inernet activities( work on line). To work with me part of day and to fell at home, another part. St Malo is very charmy place; I stayed to live, after discovered. At least to spend some time in region here, is alredy a priviledge.
  And to finish, he will learn (or see) lot of usefull work in deco and participate renovation of one beautifull and charmy house, with high level in estetisme.
