  Description

  Hello, I'm Panagis
  I plan on moving on my 1 acre farm in euvoia island permanently.
  
  I grew up on the city, but also ive spent a lot of summers in the farm from a young age.
  
  As i planned on moving to the farm, i saw alot of ideas that was coming up, as to : sustainable living, permaculture, respecting the planet etc.
  The power we use comes from a 220a capacity battery and solar panels.
  The system can support a fridge, some light's and phone charging, laptop usage.
  But thats it.
  No high consumption device's.
  And if its in the winter the capacity is very much lower than what i just described.
  
  I also have some chicken's (18), but will incubate more and grow them free range for eggs and meat.
  Planning to grow also ducks.
  
  I cultivate compost worms ( red wigglers)
  Also ladybugs for organic pest control of the garden.
  Also mealworms for the chickens.
  We also have some snall grape Field and alot of natural herbs growing everywhere.
  
  The main house has 4 bedrooms with one double bed in each one.
  2 of these rooms has also a single bed.
  So the main building can guest at least 8 people.
  Common bathroom ,living room and kitchen.
  The availability of the house will be depending.
  There is not washing machine, but you can wash your clothes on a bucket by hand etc
  
  {There is wifi access
  But please use it mindfully }
  
  *The place has cell service .
  
  A guest house with its own bathroom and a double bed will be available regarding the availability of the house.
  
  
  But there is also the option to have a tent and sleep there if thats what someone would want.
  .
  
  
  So in 2019 i heard about workaway and that i could use this tool for spread of knowledge and learn what i know and what i apply here on the farm.
  Create experiences etc
  Basically i love to socialise and always wanted to create a place that everyone is welcome.
  
  
  
  I have a dog and hes quite a guard dog, his name is fidel he is 26 kg and he is a hunter breed that I adopted.
  He can be quite noisy in the beginning and restrained, but for sure he does get used to everyone that is not afraid of him and get petted by a lot of people that come here.
  
  In the farm some future projects are waste water system for watering the plants
  
  But even if this is not started yet, i would say that I already eliminated every non organic product on the farm.
  For example: soaps for bathing or washing the dishes or the clothes.
  Sun screens, toothpastes, moisturisers..
  So if you cannot bring organic products then consult me first, so i can find a solution for you.
  
  The farm is outside of the village 10 min drive from the beach.
  Or 40min by foot.
  
  There you will find some taverns and a beach bar thats open on summer.
  The area is quite remote but very tranquil and beautiful.
  
  Also some trails to some other beaches that you cant go by car.
  
  Its 1 hour drive from halkida/ chalkida.

  Even if its not necessarily something thats valuable to the farm
  Every moment is an opportunity to evolve
  So if im heathy i will be here, ready to give and receive information and knowledge.
  Spread love and respect.
  And create memories and values.
  
  Besides that you will learn about
  gardening, permaculture, building, diy projects, water distribution systems, biodigestion diy systems and many more futute projects.
  
  you will get to see how i try to be sustainable in my farm.

  Hébergement

  In the farm we have a range of comfortable accommodations:
  
  Private Bedrooms with En-Suite Bathrooms: We have two private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and WC.
  
  Shared Bedrooms and Facilities: The other two bedrooms share a main bathroom and WC.
  Some of the rooms have also an extra single bed
  
  
  *Hot water via industrial boiler is not available at the moment*
  
  Common Areas: Work awayers can relax inside the house in the common living room that has a fireplace and sofas.
  Also outside we have alot of options to chill.
  Either by yourself or not
  
  Camping Option: For those who prefer to be more in the nature
  There is the option to camp on the property.
  
  Food from the farm.
  Depends on the everyday produce.
  
  But 3 meals per day will be provided .
  
  In addition to the accommodations, you’ll have plenty of free time to explore the beautiful surroundings, with long walks in the woods offering peace and tranquility in nature.
  
  To respect everyone in the farm i have decided depending on the people staying to have some quite hours that noise will not be tolerated.

  Local Attractions: You can explore the forest paths, unwind in our garden, or visit the nearby Limiwnas Beach, which is about 5 km away—reachable in 1 hour on foot or a 10-minute drive. The beach area has taverns, a Beach Bar, a mini market, and alot secret attraction you can see there
  
  First-Time Hosts: As this is our first time hosting, we are committed to making your stay enjoyable and will do our best to ensure both you and the farm are happy. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this new experience.
