Description
We are a mexican family and we own and run our hostel coworking end café in Puerto Escondido, we live here and we want to look after our enviroment and the beaches of Puerto Escondido. We continuosly rethink and improve our concept to consider an organical, ecological and sustainable way to run our place for travelers around the world.
Our guests are really mixed what makes our place so special and interesting. Beside the backpackers and online worker, we also host frequently mexicans, travelers, students, workers etc. Also we offer apartments. So some guests stay 1-4 months mostly escaping from winter in their countries :)
We are a top ranked accommodation in Puerto Escondido on all platforms thanks to our great staff, Wifi, and infrastructure. We expect from you, to take efforts and show engagement to guarantee quality and atention to our guests. We are one of the really few accomodation places which are from a family from Puerto Escondido.
So you will definitely be in touch with a real mexican experience.
You will be living for a month in a comfortable, clean place, close to the most beautiful beaches in town. 10 minute walk from international restaurants and also close to the local market and typical street food.
Aide
We have one volunteer every month and we ask for a minimum stay of 4 weeks.
The volunteer is in charge of the different activities we have each day, help is 5 hours a day 5 days a week.
The main role for the one in charge of the activities is to create a fun and social environment and bring the guests together. Most people that stay here work remotely so they are looking to really feel on vacations once they finish their shift. There are some permanent ones such as language exchange, walking tours to watch the sunset and salsa lessons on fridays. The rest of the week you can choose what you would like to do.
It is also important for us that you have small group leadership, you are social and have a minimum spanish knowledge.
You will get to know Puerto Escondido with locals tips to get the best experience. Meet great people, staff and travellers. Learn and experience new things. And feeling as part of a great familly!
We host maximum 1 volunteer. We'll send you our current calendar to check when we have positions available.

Hébergement
Your room: You will stay in a dorm room. So you would share the room with maximum 4 other people and use our shared bathroom.
Your food: We offer breakfast with coffee every day. You are also welcome to organize barbeques, family dinner or pizza parties.

We are always flexible and want you to have an awesome time with us. So don't be scared if you wanna take an evening or day off to make a trip or something. We would be happy to work this out!

We have the first and best coworking in Puerto Escondido. We get internet via fiber optics so it works amazingly and from everywhere in the hotel/hostel and Café. So you will have the joy to work in the great garden, close to the pool, in the palapa or in the rooftop! :)
