I am a kind, energetic, and compassionate volunteer that loves devoting herself to all types of projects.studying international development and economics 🌟 It's during these experiences of cultural exchange and insight that I feel most fulfilled.

I am hoping to increase my intercultural communication skills, meet people from all walks of life and gain any new skills I can.

I'm always open to new adventures, challenges, languages and ways of being and can't wait to keep exploring!

• Summer Camp Leader (Canada - 2 months - 2019)
• English Teacher at NGO Hope Agency (Cambodia - 1 month - 2020)
• Nurse, workshop facilitator and yoga teacher during the pandemic at Thabarwa meditation Centre (Myanmar - 5 months - 2020)
• Producer and marketing lead at KujaEcoPads - a project promoting biodegradable sanitary pads to distribute to young school girls (Cameroon - 3 months - 2021)
• Volunteer in three hostels in Panama, Dominican Republic and Jamaica (2022)
• Experience with gardening, cooking big family meals, cleaning and general maintenance
• Many years experience working with children through babysitting/au pair work and gymnastics coaching

Wonderful time here!

I stayed here for just over two weeks and helped by gardening (clearing and preparing a field for vegetables), cooking, cleaning/making up rooms, laundry and some arts and crafts projects :)

Manon and Léana are a beautiful family, who I was lucky enough to spend 2 months living with, from February till April 2022. My daily routine involved waking up with the sunrise in a lovely private bedroom, walking their lovely dog Nala, spending the morning with Léana (chilling mostly as she is not really a morning person 💜), having lunch… read more together, working on my studies, practicing French, swimming in the pool, making fresh juice then chilling in the evening, playing lots of card games and laughing over language differences 😊. At the weekend, we would go on trips to nearby Anton del Valle. They taught me the principles of home schooling, to think outside of the system, to do what is right for you. They are kind, caring, curious, strong and crazy in the best way. I learnt lots of French as I was completely immersed in their culture and we spoke French (pretty much) all the time. The area in which they live is beautiful, with lots of nature, animals, fresh fruit (mango, so many mangoes, and papaya), the WiFi is great, and Manon paid for all the groceries and even my coffee, when I was the only one who drank it! I cannot wait to see the beautiful woman Léana becomes, and for you both to visit me in London! Love you and thank you for everything! Bisous <3

Manon et Léana sont une belle famille, avec laquelle j'ai eu la chance de vivre pendant 2 mois, de février à avril 2022. Mon quotidien consistait à me réveiller avec le lever du soleil dans une jolie chambre privée, à promener leur chien Nala, à passer la matinée avec Léana (chilling surtout car elle n'est pas vraiment du matin 💜), à déjeuner ensemble, à travailler sur mes études, à practiquer le français, à nager dans la piscine, à faire du jus frais (mousse!), puis à chiller la soir, à jouer à plein de jeux de cartes et à rire des différences linguistiques 😊. Le week-end, nous allions faire des excursions à Anton del Valle. Elles m'ont appris les principes de l'école à la maison, à penser en dehors du système, à faire ce qui et bon pour vous. Elles sont gentilles, attentionnées, curieuses, fortes et folles de la meilleur façon. J'ai appris beaucoup du français car j'étais complètement immergée dans leur culture et nous parlions français (presque) tout le temps. L'envrionnement dans lequel elles vivent est beau, avec beaucoup de nature, d'animaux, de fruit frais (mangue, tant de mangues, et papaye), le WiFi est super, et Manon a payé toutes les cours, même mon café, alors que j'étais la seule à en boire! J'ai hâte de voir la belle femme que Léana va devenir, et que vous veniez tous les deux me rendre visite à Londres! Je vous aime et vous remerci pour tout! Bisous <3
