  Hello! My name is Alle and I’m an American residing in Beautiful Tbilisi, in the bustling and lively Marjanishvili area... I recently obtained my MSc in psychology at Aberdeen , Scotland and have returned to Tbilisi because I simply could not stay away. I am going out of town Oct. 23 - Oct 31 and need someone to help care for my sweet husky mix, LB (F, 3 yo), in exchange for stay in my private apartment with full kitchen (no dishwasher), air con, gas heater, shower/bathroom, separate bedroom and living room, and wi-fi, set in a classic Tbilisi-style Italian courtyard, 10 minutes away from Marjanishvili metro by foot and same to the classic hipster-hub, Fabrika.
  This would be October 23 to October 31 when I return in the evening.
  
  This is ideal for a couple/woman (my dog generally does not like men) who LOVES dogs, is strong, and with experience with large/rescue dogs (she is incredibly sweet and you can read more about them under their pet profiles). She requires one long walk (45 min +) in the morning, an afternoon potty break, and an evening stroll (20-30 minutes)... you can of course walk her more if you want to take her on an adventure! That being said, she can be left at home for up to 7 hours, and I do not expect your entire life to revolve around her or to be with her 24/7. I am a generally pretty lax dog owner as long as they are happy and healthy... she has lived most of her life as a village dog so is also not very high maintenance.
  
  Of course I will provide her food and any vet expenses (although we only go in emergencies if I can't DIY a solution at home).
  
  I also ask that the house is kept in good condition, cleaned, and maintained, plants watered and that you send regular updates and photos once per day - no essay required but let me know how it's going. If there are issues, I will take care of them with the landlord.
  
  NB: She loves going on a adventures but if you want to go with her somewhere far you should arrange special transport ahead of time.
  
  Personality quirks: Doesn't like walking near steep drop offs, a bit nervous around some dogs, quick movements and sudden sounds, and cats- but not genuinely aggressive, and can pull after cats - you should be strong!

  When I travel, I need help caring for my dog- feeding and walking her twice a day, buying more food when necessary (I pay of course), and making sure she's happy, healthy, & getting love. See above!

  You will have a large, renovated flat to yourself with separate rooms for bedroom, living room, and kitchen (inc. washing machine, gas stove, full oven, etc., air con, gas heating, and kitchen table and chairs). Windows face North and South, so apartment receives a lot of natural sunlight. Set in an Italian courtyard so you will get a taste of old Tbilisi life.

  L.B. (Little Bit) (2 ans)

  LB is a rescue from Pona, Georgia. She a sweet husky-mix and usually mild mannered, but can be nervous around other dogs and cats (or sometimes she wants to chase them). She loves long walks and long mornings in bed. Well house-trained but needs a strong arm on the leash. Very lazy at home, active outside.
