Welcome to our home , a serene sanctuary nestled in the countryside of Co Offaly where nature thrives and peace prevails. Come and join us helping to care for three horses, four goats, and four joyfull dogs.
**What We Offer:**
We are seeking someone passionate about animals who wants to immerse themselves in learning about natural horsemanship and caring for horses in a nurturing holistic way. Your experience or willingness to learn is valued as you join us in developing a bond with our animals based on trust and understanding.
- Hands-on care for horses, goats, and dogs
- Learning and practicing natural horsemanship techniques
- Daily routines that include feeding, grooming, and exercising the animals
- Riding sessions available for anyone that wants to improve their seat and training skills.I strive to promote connection and confidence in both horse and rider. It is not essential to be a rider I can also help people become more confident on the ground with horses.
If enjoying the tranquil countryside and nature walks in stunning surroundings and hanging out and learning from our wonderful animals sounds like your kind of paradise we look forward to hosting you.

The perfect fit for this exchange is someone who finds solace and joy in the great outdoors, cherishes the calm of rural life, and possesses a deep love for animals. You should be open to learning and embrace the philosophy of natural horsemanship and keeping and training horses in an ethical way allowing you to grow alongside our equine companions.

Applicants will have the opportunity to learn about horsemanship and will have an opportunity to ride and improve their seat on safe horses, and if you are not a rider I'm happy to share my knowledge with you regarding any aspect of horsecare and training.
We are also very flexible with your time off so it's possible to really immerse yourself in the Irish culture and have time to travel and see as much of the countryside as you can during your time with us.
I've been hosting 7 years now and I have met the loveliest group of people through work away and look forward to meeting many more in the future.

We live in the center of Ireland which give easy access to traveling Ireland on your days off. Local town 2km away. Galway 1 hour drive. Dublin 2 hr drive.
There are so many interesting things to do and see with your time off and I'm always happy to drop you and pick you up from the buss station.
