  Hello and welcome!
  
  We are a small, nature-loving family living in Bernried am Starnberger See, a beautiful village in Bavaria, Germany. The lake is just a short walk from our home, and Munich is about 45 km away, while the Alps (mountains) are around 60 km away, offering many opportunities for hiking, swimming, or simply enjoying the outdoors in your free time.
  
  I live here with my two daughters, aged 3 and 6 years, in a cozy 100 m² apartment. You would have your own private room. We're a warm, open-hearted household and enjoy a peaceful and simple lifestyle.

  As a Workawayer in our home, you'll be welcomed as part of the family. We enjoy spending time together — cooking, eating, going on little nature walks, and just having good conversations. While we live a fairly quiet life, we love to share moments around the dinner table or outdoors, and there are often community events or small village gatherings you can join if you're interested in local culture.
  
  I’m happy to share my knowledge about wild herbs, natural remedies, and vegetarian cooking, as well as insights into family life in Germany. If you're curious about the German language, I’d also be glad to help you practice.
  
  Hosting people from other cultures is something I find really enriching — I love learning about different ways of life, new foods, and perspectives. It’s important to me that my children grow up experiencing diversity and openness. I hope we can learn from each other, laugh together, and both leave the experience with beautiful memories.

  Aide

  I'm currently in the process of starting my own business and juggling everything on my own can be quite challenging. That’s why I'm looking for some support around the house, such as light cleaning, cooking, and spending time with the children. The girls are already very independent in their play and just enjoy having someone kind and creative around — for example, cooking or doing fun nature-related activities together.
  
  We live a vegetarian lifestyle and spend a lot of time in nature. I have a deep interest in herbs and wild plants, so if you're also into that, we would be a great match!
  
  We’d love to welcome a friendly female Workawayer who enjoys children, nature, and a calm, wholesome atmosphere. German language is not required, but basic communication in English would be helpful.

  Hébergement

  You’ll have your own private room in our home — it’s clean, quiet, and cozy, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The bathroom is shared, but we keep everything tidy and respectful of each other’s space.
  
  We eat mostly vegetarian food, and you’re very welcome to join us for meals . If you enjoy cooking too, even better! We love sharing food and ideas in the kitchen.
  
  Of course, you'll always have access to the kitchen if you'd like to prepare something on your own. Tea, coffee, and snacks are always around too.
  
  We live in a safe and peaceful area surrounded by nature — perfect for walks, quiet time, or creative inspiration.
