  Description

  I am Cedric, I live in an old farmhouse, surrounded by 8ha fields and forests, in the piemont of the Pyrénées. I am French, 39 years old, electronic engineer, working for a solar energy company, most time in home office and sometimes travelling. In addition to myself, there is a French craftsman living on the property, 64 years old.
  I have got a cute dog and two cats.
  There is a lot of renovation tasks and gardening to do in and around the house. I offer holiday against help to motivated people, ideally people knowledgeable with these kind of tasks.

  I can show you some nice places around here: small French villages with typical construction, the market, hiking in the Pyrénées mountains, nice walking trails around here. I speak French, English and some Spanish. I can help you improve your Fench, of course. I like hiking, wlaking the dog, cooking, playing chess, practicing aikido, watching movies and listening to music. I am a calm person, people who come to this place should be compatible with nature and a peaceful atmosphere.

  Aide

  Cleaning out the garden, the barn and other outdoor areas
  Gardening: help planting, growing and weeding
  Renovation tasks: tear down walls, do some masonry, cut firewood, help around or in the house.
  People should be talented and autonomous, I have a fulltime job and can't assist them most of the time.
  Ideally you have got a car as the property is in a very rural area. Shops and bars at around 15km from here.
  I can give a ride from time to time if you have no vehicle, and pick you up at the train station.

  Hébergement

  It's a big old farmhouse with several outdoor buildings (barns and courtyards), surrounded by beautiful nature. You will have a small room for you alone with the necessary equipment (bed, cupbord, table, chairs), view onto the main courtyard. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other two tenants. It's a calm area and a calm house. Breakfast and lunch are organised by each person when he or she is hungry (food is provided by me). We eat together in the evenings, I cook or sometimes you can cook.
