  Description

  The idea of this place was to create a special pension for the horses, far away from the traditional concepts of horseboarding. This project was created out of love for the horses and the wish to make them live as happy and natural as possible. All out horses live in a herd and they are fully respected and Happy With us. We teach Natural horsemanship and riding and we don't use them for any kind of sport competition.
  During August we don't make riding lessons or riding camps, so out place Is completely quite and relaxing. Only the horses and people Who take care of them

  Aside from all the new inputs and possibilities that the farm-life provides,you will benefit from the calm and peaceful envoirnment the farm brings with it. Breathing fresh, clean air, being in nature and with animals, helps to calm down our minds, feel our bodies and connect with our own nature.
  
  In addition you'll have the opportunity to experience and discover the real nature of a horse, outside boxes and stables, how they comunicate with each other , their social structures and hierachies, their "horsenalities" and behaviours.
  
  We believe horses are the best teacher about self-development, so if you are willing to learn and grow, this will be the right place at the right time for you!

  Aide

  Being a farm, there is always lots to do. Most of the activities take place in the morning, so it is important that you are not afraid to get up early, get tired and dirty!
  
  We ask daily help and support with:
  cleaning the paddock: the main work in the morning is to help us make sure our horses are comfortable and therefore clean the area they live in from their droppings, it's a great workout and twice as much fun with music!
  animal care: giving a hand during the morning check of the horses, grooming, feeding, looking after the small animals of the farm;
  general mantainance, such as helping us with fixing and improving the farm facilities
  gardening
  keep the farm tidy and clean
  and any other random mission farmlife reveals, so be prepared to be flexible and creative! ;)
  
  Keeping these things in mind, please come here prepared with gumboots and a rainjacket.

  You will have a small house with bathroom and kitchen
. You Will prepare what you like by yourself. We Will bring you to the supermarket. You Will have and Amazing wood close to our Place to walk. If you want you can reach the lake, the bracciano's Castle or Rome by train

  Our farm is located just a stone's throw from the amazing “Manziana’s Woodlands Forest “, 600 hectars of woods , wild nature and tracks of ancient civilizations.
We are also situated at walk distance from the Caldara, a truly unique and special place, recognized as Natural Monument. It is a marshy area, characterized by the sulphurous waters that bubble up from underground; 
In the closer surroundings there are plenty of interesting heritage sites and natural beauty like the picturesque waterfalls of Castel Giuliano , the borgo of Tolfa , the Ghost city of Canale Monterano, the thermal park of Stigliano , Lake and Castle of Bracciano , the natural reserve of Martignano’s Lake and the Thyrrenian Sea with Santa Severa Castle and Santa Marinella beaches. 
Manziana’s village is about 1h drive from the metropolis of Rome, with which it’s very well connected through trains and bus every day.
