  Description

  My name is Anke and I live together with my 9 very nice and gentle chicken and my 3 cats in Germany. The male cat is blind, but comes along with the house and garden.
  
  I live in an old renovated stone-house, a former school house, in the beautiful area of the "western woods". To my house belongs a garden with two small greenhouses, nice places to relax, the chicken house, old trees and an own water pond. It is really a quiet and extraordinary place.
  
  You find yourself directly in the nature within walking distance, with forests and lakes for swimming and water-sport. The region is famous for its hiking trails and you can explore the region with my e-bike as well.
  
  During the time while I am visiting our project in Portugal and visit my family there, I am looking for reliable sitters for my chicken and my cats in Germany. 1 to 2 people can stay in my house for free and spend time in the beautiful area.
  
  For 2024 I found already very nice people who will take care of the house and animals, but for 2025 I am still looking for support.   Our village is placed close to Hachenburg, a small historical city 4 km away from our town. The western wood area is devided in 7 different areas, and one of them is the area about Hachenburg.

  I am looking for people to feed an play with the cats, take care of the 9 chickens (feeding,letting them out and in their house in the morning and evening, cleaning once a week the chicken-house which is done in 20 minutes as it is really easy) and taking care of the flowers in the house.

  Hébergement

  You can use the whole house and garden, apart from my private area which is placed in the upper part of the house in the attic. To your area in the ground and middle floor are belonging two big and sunny bedrooms, an own big bathoom with shower and bathtub, a guest-bathroom, a big open kitchen with all belongings where you can prepare you meals for self-catering and a big living-room.
