Hi there! We are Judi and David, former workawayer, settled since 5 years ago at David's family farm, a 50 hectares farm where we have steers, sheep, hens and horses. Lot to do around... So be welcome!

Judi is from Venezuela, David is a local. Both have traveled on their own and together, so lot of things to share.

All the chores in the farm are shared and we'll be patient teachers if you have no idea how to do them.

Hébergement
An old house with a private room for workawayers with private bathroom. We love to cook, so the idea is having the meals together.

We are 32km from nearest town and no public transportation available, we have a vehicle, but we go to town just once a week or less.
We recommend you to have a vaccine against tetanus, it's a potential risk if you work in a farm (ours or any other)

She is sooo helpful, always willing to do any kind of work, even the ugly ones or boring ones without a complain and keeping her trademark smile (Barbara' smile) all the day long, which is very pleasant since it's a genuine smile that shows… read more
However he gets easily distracted of the work he is doing. Surely he'll do better after this first experience.
I could not have wished for a nicer place for my first experience.
I would recommend their place to everyone that loves the remote country life.
