Description
Hi my name is Michael,
I am from Australia and currently am embarking on my first overseas hospitality project in Japan. In Australia I own/ operate pubs but have always loved the snow. I have purchased a lodge in Tangram that has both a restaurant and bar and am now looking for staff to help me out. The lodge is only a three minute walk away from the number six ski lift at Tangram Ski Circus.

Aide
I am currently looking for chefs to work and run the kitchen in a lodge. You will be responsible for running breakfast and dinner service, ordering and cleaning of the kitchen. No lunch service which means plenty of time for skiing/ snowboarding plus two days off. Pay will be a competitive 2,000 Yen with meals, accommodation and lift passes included.
