  Hobbies are camping, hunting, off roading, 4x4'ing, horse riding and dogs. Have 5! Love cooking, music and laughter. A day here is mostly up to you! Love puttering? Beautiful views? Lots of indoor/outdoor projects. A '78 Bronco to tinker with. A cabin to finish inside. Property maintenance, fire wood, fire prevention/brush clearing. Fence fixing. If you know acreage life - you know what's up.

  We are a very diverse family. From current affairs, politics, sports, hunting, nature, business, veterinary, skin care, travel, cooking, healthy lifestyle, living rural (no public transport). We live in wine country, surrounded by lakes, mountains and have access to the back country.

  Aide

  must be experienced with woodwork, tools, working outside, yard clean up/projects. We Built a cabin in the mountain a few years ago, we'd love to have help finishing. Beautiful valley view, wood heat. Could use help fitting cabinets and finishing the walls etc. Would love some creativity in this project and the property could use some TLC. I used to work form home when I had time to get in the yard a few hours a day. Now not enough time :(

  Private bedroom with King bed and private bathroom. Self serve breakfast and lunch. We usually eat the evening meal together. We have a diverse diet - very healthy - love creative cooking and everything made from scratch. Don't mind accommodating different eating philosophies. Our home is not great for vegans & some vegetarians as there is meat eaten every day and we are a hunting family.

  We live in a rural area with no public transportation. There are 5 adults on the property so someone is always coming from or going to town. The bus is a 10 min drive. Kelowna is a beautiful town and there is anything from skiing to hiking in all directions. The city is 160000 people.

  There is ample room in the bedroom which has a desk for working. Also we are out many days of the week so you are more than welcome to work in the dining room, kitchen or back/front yard.

  Lots of parking. 4 wheel drive is mandatory here in the winter months.
