  Hi! I'm Charlie 🌿
  I live in a beautiful place near Santiago called Cajón del Maipo, surrounded by nature, mountains, and a simple life that I love. Music, dogs 🐶, and the peaceful rhythm of the countryside keep me company.
  
  I manage two tourist cabins in the mountains, which are also my home, and I also have a place in the city where we develop both urban and nature tourism experiences.
  
  Two people help us in the city, and in the mountains you work directly with me.
  
  If you love the outdoors, animals, and a relaxed atmosphere—or if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city—you're very welcome to collaborate with us. There's always something to do, and every helping hand makes a big difference.

  Vivo en un lugar precioso de Santiago llamado Cajón del Maipo, rodeada de naturaleza, montañas y una vida simple que me encanta. Me acompañan la música, los perros 🐶 y el ritmo tranquilo del campo.
  
  Gestiono dos cabañas turísticas en la montaña que es mi casa y también tengo un sitio en la ciudad, donde desarrollamos experiencias de turismo tanto urbano como de naturaleza.
  2 personas nos ayudan en la ciudad y en la montaña trabajas directo conmigo .
  Si te gusta la vida al aire libre, los animales y un ambiente relajado —o si disfrutas el movimiento y la energía de la ciudad— eres muy bienvenido/a a colaborar con nosotros. Siempre hay algo por hacer y cada mano suma un montón.

  In the city: There's more activity; you can mingle with Chileans, meet other travelers, and experience Santiago's vibrant rhythm. Sometimes you'll share meals, music, or simply a good conversation in the kitchen.
  
  In the mountains: Here, you'll find a different kind of connection: hiking, nature, adventure sports, campfires, and encounters with locals from the Cajón del Maipo. It's a slower pace, more about taking deep breaths and enjoying the moment. And pets are welcome.

  En la ciudad :
  Hay más movimiento, puedes convivir con chilenos, conocer viajeros y sentir el ritmo típico de Santiago. A veces se comparten comidas, música o simplemente una buena conversación en la cocina.
  
  En la montaña :
  Aquí se da otro tipo de conexión: caminatas, naturaleza, deportes de aventura, fogatas y encuentros con gente local del Cajón del Maipo. Es un ritmo más pausado, más de respirar hondo y disfrutar. Y mascotas .

  Aide

  I'm looking for energetic and helpful people. Tasks vary depending on the location and time of year, but typically include:
  
  • Cleaning rooms and common areas
  
  Greeting guests and assisting with check-in/check-out
  
  Pet care (loving and very attentive dogs)
  
  Garden maintenance: watering, plants, and yard help
  
  Manual tasks and general maintenance
  
  Occasional painting
  
  In the city: assistance with cleaning, tidying, and minor repairs
  
  In the mountains: general support in the cabins and surrounding areas.
  
  The tasks are generally performed independently of me. However, we will collaborate under my guidance; some days we will work together, and other days we will work independently with tasks to complete.

  Busco personas con buena energía y ganas de aportar. Las tareas son variadas según el lugar y la época, pero normalmente incluyen:
  • Limpieza de habitaciones y áreas comunes
  • Recibir huéspedes y apoyar en check-in/check-out
  • Cuidado de mascotas (perritos amorosos y muy presentes)
  • Cuidado de jardín: riego, plantas, orden del patio
  • Tareas manuales y de mantención
  • Pintura ocasional
  • En la ciudad: apoyo en limpieza, orden, y pequeñas reparaciones
  • En la montaña: apoyo general en las cabañas y en el entorno.
  
  Las tareas se realizan independientes de mi . Pero en colaboración bajo mis indicaciones hay días que estaremos juntos y otros no estarán independientes con tareas por completar .

  In the city: a shared room in a hostel.
  
  In the mountains: a small cabin available during the week. Or a campsite 🏕️. Or parking your camper.
  
  The idea is that you can experience both worlds: the urban pace and the tranquility of the mountains.
  
  We offer breakfast plus a weekly basket of vegetables and fruits, 3 days a week, 15 hours per week.

  En la ciudad: una habitación compartida en la hostal.
  • En la montaña: una cabaña pequeña disponible durante los días de semana. O sitio para acampar 🏕️. O estacionar tu camper .
  
  La idea es que puedas experimentar ambos mundos: el ritmo urbano y la tranquilidad de la montaña.
  
  Ofrecemos desayuno más canasta de verdura y frutas semanal , 3 días 15 hrs semanales .

  Both areas are well connected. In the mountains, it's just a 5-minute walk to the town square, and public transportation is available, including taxis, buses, etc. In the city, it's perfectly connected to the city center and the forest park.
  
  Ambas zonas están bien conectadas . En la montaña solo és una caminata de 5 minutos hacia la plaza y servicios públicos tb hay taxis autobuses etc .
  Y en la ciudad esta absolutamente conectado con el centro y parque forestal .
