  Description

  Hi!. My name is Susana, and I'm looking for a workawayer (prefer girl). I'm offering free accommodation, including Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and food in exchange for four hours of work. I'm offering housework, accompanying and assisting a person, cooking (simple meals), and teaching English. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and the remaining five hours of the week are negotiated flexibly. I'm preferably looking for a foreign female student with a good level of English. (A good knowledge of Spanish is not required.) The dates are: Starting January 7th.
  The English teaching methods can be varied: walking on the beach, playing games, listening to music, watching movies, cooking, conversing, or whatever else might be interesting.
  
  A single room is offered with access to the kitchen, shared bathroom, dining room, and sun terrace. The house is located in Puerto de Sagunto, 20 minutes and 27 km from Valencia. 200 meters from the bus stop and very close to the beach (15-minute walk). I can lend you my bike.
  
  About us: We like walking on the beach and in the mountains, although I rarely do. Some weekends I go out with friends, and other times we eat paella with my family at a country house where my father has a garden. My English level is B2, but I've lost a lot of fluency when speaking it. I don't smoke, and I have a partner who comes to visit us some days. I'm not a good cook, but David is. He likes board games.
  My daughter is 16 years old and a good student, responsible, eager to learn and have fun.
  We like to dance, joke around, have fun, and laugh. We have a very good relationship with my family.
  
  Other information is that we have a cat, a turtle, and plants. My parents live nearby and have a dog.

  Hola. Mi nombre es Susana y estoy buscando una workawayer. Ofrezco alojamiento gratuito, incluyendo conexión wi-fi, agua, electricidad y comida a cambio de 4 horas de trabajo. Ayudar en las tareas domésticas, acompañar y ayudar a una persona, cocinar (comida sencilla) y enseñar inglés. El horario de lunes a viernes de 8:30h a 11:30h y las otras 5 horas de la semana a negociar de forma flexible. Estoy buscando preferiblemente una estudiante extranjera con un buen nivel de inglés. (No es necesario tener un buen conocimiento de español) en las fechas: A partir del 15 de noviembre.
  Sobre la forma de enseñar inglés puede ser variada: paseando por la playa, haciendo juegos, escuchando música, viendo películas, cocinando, conversando o como pueda resultar interesante.
  
  Se ofrece habitación individual con derecho a cocina, baño compartido, comedor y terraza para tomar el sol. La casa está ubicada en Puerto de Sagunto, a 20 minutos y 27 km de Valencia. A 200 metros de la parada del autobús y muy cerca de la playa (15 minutos andando). Yo puedo prestarte mi bicicleta.
  
  Sobre nosotras: Nos gusta andar por la playa y la montaña, aunque lo practico poco. Algunos fines de semana salgo con amigos y otros comemos paella con mi familia en una casa de campo donde mi padre tiene un huerto. Mi nivel de inglés es B2, pero he perdido mucha soltura al hablarlo, no fumo y tengo pareja que viene algunos días a visitarnos. Yo no cocino bien y David si, a él le gustan los juegos de mesa.
  Mi hija tiene 16 años, es una buena estudiante, responsable, con ganas de aprender y pasarlo bien.
  Nos gusta bailar, hacer bromas, pasarlo bien y reírnos, tenemos muy buena relación con mi familia.
  
  Otra información es que tenemos una gata, una tortuga y plantas, mis padres viven cerca y tienen una perra.

  We're not in a city, but it is a large town with many possibilities. Activities we can think of in the area include: going to the beach, participating in various sports or physical activities outdoors or at gyms, going to markets, visiting natural sites such as the wetlands "Marjal del Moros" and “Marjal de Almenara”, with many animals like flamingos, or going to the mountains with the Sierra Calderona and Sierra Espadán mountains. You can make cultural visits, such as the Roman-era Sagunto Castle and the old town of Sagunto, or go for drinks and dancing at night.
  There are two shopping centers with cinemas and all kinds of shops and bars.
  The city of Valencia is close and well connected; there you can visit the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanografic, the Bioparc, museums, or walk through the gardens of the old riverbed, through Valencia's old town, or along the beach.
  All this in our Mediterranean climate, which has mild winters and hot summers.
