Help with house sitting and gardening in lovely and quiet Tarn, France

  Description

  I own a house in Tarn that really needs someone there for longer periods of time. There are no pets to look after - just the house. In exchange for the accommodation, guests would take care of the garden and any general maintenance.
  
  Now, the house is not perfect by any means. The actual house itself is fine and comfortable with a great terrace. However, there is no hot water - only from the electric shower. The kitchen, bedrooms (2), lounge and bathroom are just fine.
  
  There is no internet at the house but there is decent 4g. I have worked remotely from there before and just hotspotted from my phone and it worked fine, even when hosting calls. There are two main bedrooms, a bathroom, WC, kitchen, lounge and terrace on the main floor of the house. Downstairs is the garage, tool utility room and another two uninhabitable bedrooms. There is a separate gite also on the property but there was an water accident two years ago so it is also a no-go area. The garden would be absolutely great if it hadnt just turned into a jungle the past few years.
  
  So yes, in a nutshell, I am offering a comfortable, decent house for you to stay in for a couple of weeks, months maybe, in return for sorting the garden out and some bits and pieces of maintenance.
  
  A vehicle will be necessary.

  The house is between the towns of Mazamet and Castres. It is a lovely quiet place. A decent house with a big garden on the edge of a tiny hamlet. Certainly you will need a car.w

  The garden, as detailed above. Anything that goes wrong with the house, of course. Although I don't expect anything major to occur.
  
  The garden is a nightmare though and this would be the sitter's main responsibility - to spend a couple of hours in the garden per day to keep it manageable. There is a strimmer, of course. There are loads of tools and other gardening things in the garage.
