  Description

  I am hélène, 52 years old, I am french, married, paralysed from legs and hans,in a wheelchair for 22 years, tetraplegic.
  
  We travel between India (january/ february every year making therapies, yoga and music in Goa) and the south of France where we have a beautiful house in a small and very dynamic village. We use to live for the last ten years in La Réunion, we love nature, gardenning, playing reggae music... My husband Laurent is a reggae drummer, singer and guitarist
  I'm studying yoga online, spending quiet time at home, I wrote a book about my experiences of handicap while travelling ("l'amour rendu visible" 9editions, 2020), making yoga and alternative medicine.
  
  I need a helper and assistant to join us we have a good team of professional career for my personnalité needs only some help for me on a daily basis should complete the planning of activities (5h/days for afternoon activities and dinner, driving/ shopping/ cultural events)
  
  My husband is taking care of me also, i have my planning every morning....
  we are looking for some indépendance in the daily routine!
  
  I have nurses and helper in the morning and lunch / dinner, for house keeping, personnal caring, cooking...)
  
  I need a dynamic, caring and "open-mind" friend to help and give me assitance 5h/day from 6 pm to sleeping time 11 pm 5 days/week (5 days/week + 2 week end off)
  
  We live in the south of france, in Occitanie, in a beautiful house with swimming pool nearby , forest and wineyard and touristic places.

  Hébergement

  Independant room with terrasse in the garden, parking, swimming pool near of touristic places we have a big kitchen, free access to washing machine/ bathroom/ wifi/ pool we cook at home, many organic and local produts, we share dinner and lunch

  I have "au pair" for 15 years, it is always a beautiful experience of meetings and sharing, I practice yoga, I travel often, I spend time with nature I love life simple, culture, music (my husband is a musician) I have a son of 28.
  
  j'ai des assistantes de vie au pair" depuis 15 ans, c'est toujours une belle experience de rencontres et de partage, je pratique le yoga, je voyage souvent, je me soigne avec la nature j'aime la vie simple, la culture, la musique (mon mari est musicien)j'ai un fils de 28 ans.
