  Hello
  I live in a quiet area of Margate on the Redcliffe Peninsula approx 40 minutes north of Brisbane city. I am close to the beach, great walks, parks, shops, cafes, restaurants, and less
  Than hour drive to Sunshine Coast and Glasshouse Mountains.
  I have 2 pets that love company but are easy to look after. Feed them, pat them, the occasional walk, give them some
  Love and kindness and rhey will be your best friend. I have a Jack Russel cross dog called Missy and A fluffy Ginger cat called Mr B. They just love knowing someone is around.

  It will be Christmas week, most people head to the beach front and park and have big celebrations from the 24, 25 and Boxing Day. Great time to get a picnic together and head down for a swim and enjoy the summer weather . Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful in this area it over looks the mountains at sunset and Morten Island in sunrise

  I would love someone to be able to stay for the time I am away
  Feed the pets keep liter clean, keep water bowels filled, make sure they get some outside time ( the cat is indoors only so he is easy) at night Missy the dog may need to be let out the back to toilet.
  Keep the house clean and tidy ( open living looks after itself)
  You’ll have time to go out and explore if you like just make sure the pets have time with you and they are happy.
  Everything you need is at home, so
  You can cook or chill watching a movie .

  2 storey town house, 4 bedroom , 2 bathrooms, open plan living area downstairs, kitchen and toilet and patio out back.
  Nice breeze comes through all day
  You can have your own food for dinners.
  Shops and restaurants are close
  I provide you coffee tea. You can use the butter, milk and other condiments in the cupboard.
  All beds have linen and towels provided

  Keep animals in when not at home ( with. Window and doors open, ( screens closed)
  Cat stays inside at all times
  Dog can go for short walk around the block daily
  We have wifi and Apple TV
  The there is a train line and buses close by
  Shops supermarket walking distance
  We have 2 scooters ( not electric) you can use to get around
  Keep home clean and animals loved and safe
  Dates are from 23 to the 31 December 2024
