Description
My wife and I live at the north end of the beautiful Okanagan Valley .The nearest small city is Armstrong . The next closest is Vernon and then there's Kelowna which is on Okanagan Lake and has an international airport .
We live on a small acreage where we grow a variety of vegetables and fruits . We are both retired educators but find ourselves very busy and would very much appreciate help during the summer .
Although we are looking for help in exchange for lodging and meals , we would also love to show visitors some of the highlights of our area .
We have three grown children and and grand children but most of the time there are only the 2 of us so we have extra bedrooms as well as a 24 ft travel trailer parked in our yard . -

I like to get my garden work done in the mornings as the afternoons can get quite hot here during the summer .

Although both my wife and I are retired , my wife is involved in a number of volunteer organizations while I find myself quite busy doing odd jobs as well as maintaining our own acreage.
