Description
I live in a small village in a modest Portuguese house with a big 'wild' garden with fruit trees. Surrounded by agricultural land with orchards and vineyards. I have a dog. I am 66 years young and was born in The Netherlands, Amsterdam.
I live nearby Nazaré what is considered to have the biggest waves in the world. That is why it's called Surfers Paradise. The beach shows the typical fishermen boats and ladies in traditional costumes selling the typical dried fish on the boulevard.
Furthermore there are two great historic monastries, one in Alcobaça and one in Batalha.
Only 20 mins driving there is Caldas da Rainha with beautiful parcs, museums, shops, markets and restaurants. -

The guest will stay in my house, in his/her own bedroom with separate bathroom. I am interested in sharing life and travel experiences. I used to be a film producer so travelled the world in a business way but I'd love to learn how those places are with a different view. I hope to have good personal contact and take on small jobs on house and garden together. -
