  Description

  We live in a small city Chilliwack, approximately 1.5hours from the heart of downtown Vancouver.
  My name is Mel (mom) I am 31 years old. I work for our family business with My husband Taylor (33). We have a busy lifestyle and constantly are up to something. We are lucky because even though we both work full time we find that we have flexible schedules to still be present with the kids.
  Our son Grehy is 8! grade 3. Our daughter Georgia is 6! grade 1. Our youngest son Lachlan is turning 5! In kindergarten. And we have a 6 month old baby !
  Our dog Kulah is a 12 year old German Shepherd.
  
  Our family is healthy… I am basically Vegan, my husband eats meat. I do the cooking in the house but some nights if you wanted to help out, I would love that!! Dinner is always cooked but breakfast/lunch is kind of a fend for yourself. Weekends we do brunches. We are a very easy going family! We like to go with the flow. We thrive off a clean and organized home. And we enjoy good meals and good company.
  
  You will have your own bedroom downstairs. We will make it as cozy and comfortable for you as possible! We want this to feel like your home too! The bathroom is also Downstairs but shared with the kids.
  
  Honestly just looking for an extra set of hands to help with playing, light house work such as laundry, dishwasher, vacuuming and keeping your shared bathroom tidy. And help after dinner to tidy up together and be a team to get all the kids to sleep. I hope we are a good fit for your lifestyle too! Please message with any questions, can’t wait to meet you!

  You will come be a part of our family and learn how a typical Canadian family lives. We can teach you cooking, help with learning English & show you around our beautiful town! We live in a smaller town, but are only 1 hour away from Vancouver with lots of transit to get there.

  We are looking for someone that has experience with children to help us with our kids and with light housework. We are looking for someone to care for the children and with good enough english to communicate with our kids. :)

  Hébergement

  We have a private room set up on the 1st floor. You will have a queen bed, your own tv, closet etc. Dinner will be prepared but lunch and breakfast are more of a free for all. We want you to feel like part of the family and always feel free to eat whatever and whenever you want.

  We have a bus stop a few feet away from our house so transit is easy. We have the ebus to travel all around the lower mainland and beyond for very reasonable prices as well. Vancouver is only an hour away from us. Our house is walking distance to stores and restaurants. We live 7 minutes from the lake. Chilliwack has lots of natural beauty.
