Single 52 year Disabled female who inheritated my family home. It needs some reno's done along with painting and lawn moving and help to build a privacy fence. I live close to the ocean and not far from some most beautiful scenery on the Island. I like to do outings to Lark Harbour, Bottle Cove, Blow Me Down Park and Little Port I drive rental cars for outings and friends help with rest of transportation. I am trying to start a business and would like some help with the property.
