  10 chooks, 1 dog, 1 woman, an organic vegie and flower garden, mosaic garden art, and music recording studios - all within 5 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Avoca Beach, an idyllic coastal village with cafes, heritage theatre/cinema – and an hour and a half to the city of Sydney. I am looking for people who are gay friendly, open minded and willing and able to help us on our beautiful property that is a theatre and music production company based on the central coast of Australia. We have beautiful gardens including a small amphitheatre.
  I love the idea of a reciprocal energy exchange. As a single woman and a composer who spends a lot of time in my on-site recording studio, I also need help caring for the property. Our beautiful gardens—including a veggie patch and subtropical rainforest areas—really thrive with a little extra help. If you enjoy nature and creativity, you’ll feel right at home here!
