  Welcome to my home!
  
  I'm Dave, a retired man who enjoys a good chat, meeting people from around the world and sharing stories over a meal. I love travelling, old -timers, Minis and road trips - and I'm always happy to hear about other people's adventures and travel tales.
  
  There are always a few things to do around the house and garden, and I'm looking for Workawayers who are happy to lend a hand. Depending on your skills and interests, this could include gardening, cleaning, decorating, small jobs around the house or helping out in the shed. If you have practical skills or enjoys fixing things, even better!
  
  And if you love cooking, you'll definitely be welcome here. I enjoys sharing food and discovering new dishes and flavours from different countries.
  
  The expected help is generally 3-5 hours per day, depending on what needs to be done and the type of project. In return, you'll have your own bedroom available for Workawayers.
  
  Most importantly, I'm looking for friendly, respectful people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, good conversation and the experience of sharing a home with someone from another part of the world.
  
  Come and lend a hand - and hopefully leave with some good memories, and new stories!

  I am happy to help you with English and show you around Paynesville. Raymond Island, famous for the Koalas is just across with the ferry. Depening on what time you arrive, I might be able to pick you up from Bairnsdale railway station.

  I am happy to help you with your English and introduce you to slow-life and a wonderful community in Paynesville.

  Hébergement

  There are three separate bedrooms with one shared bathroom for those rooms - available for Workawayers or sometimes I host couchsurfers here too. I have my own bedroom and private bathroom.
  
  With 2-3 hours work per day, breakfast and dinner are included. If you work 5 hours a day lunch will be included too. I sometimes lack of ideas for meals, so help in the kitchen with cooking is very much appreciated.
  
  Please let me know on forehand, if you are vegetarian or if you need special dietary requirements.

  If you travel by public transport, there is a train to Bairnsdale (13 km away) and if I can, I would pick you up from there.
  
  Paynesville features a supermarket, a number of restaurants, cafes and some shops. There's a ferry to Raymond island, known for its Koalas.
  
  My house is situated right at the water and a small Jetty. Currently I still have a kayak, you could use.
