Description
Somos una comunidad alemana - Frances de 5 personas en este momento.
La finca es grande, de casi 12 hectáreas, y tiene bosque, pastos, corrales, olivares, huerta y frutales y un parque.
Obtenemos la electricidad de paneles solares. El agua la sacamos de nuestros pozos.
La mayor parte de nuestras actividades consisten en trabajo en el huerto y jardines, construcción de muros secos, cuidado de los animales, así como doma de caballos.
El pueblo más cercano queda a menos de 2 km. El embalse para nadar queda a 4,5 km.
En verano (junio hasta principio de septiembre) trabajamos de las 7:30h a las 12:30h debido al calor.
Los requisitos para una estancia con nosotros son:
Ganas de hacer trabajo físico de manera responsable y autosuficiente con motivación.
Te ofrecemos: La oportunidad de viajar, usar la cancha de tenis o simplemente relajarse en un gran lugar en la naturaleza. Un hermoso entorno para practicar senderismo y ciclismo. Serás alojado en una caravana amorosamente preparada, comida y bebida (excepto carne y bebidas alcohólicas).
Se valora la experiencia con herramientas (desbrozadora y motosierra) y en la construcción de muros secos.
Wir sind eine deutsch - französische Gemeinschaft von derzeit 5 Personen.
Die etwa 12 Hektar große Finca besteht aus Wald, Weiden, Stallungen, Olivenhain, Park, Obst- und Gemüsegärten.
Unseren Strom gewinnen wir aus Solarzellen. Das Wasser kommt aus unserem Tiefenbrunnen.
Ein großer Teil unserer Aktivitäten besteht aus Garten - und Parkarbeit, dem Bau von Trockenmauern, der Tierpflege sowie Pferdeausbildung.
Zur nächsten Ortschaft namens Capmany sind es knapp 2 km. Der Stausee zum Schwimmen ist 4,5 km entfernt.
Im Sommer (Juni bis Anfang September) arbeiten wir wegen der Hitze von 07:30 bis 12:30 Uhr.
Voraussetzungen für einen Aufenthalt bei uns sind:
Freude an verantwortungsbewusster, selbständiger Arbeit mit genügend Motivation.
Wir bieten dir:
Die Möglichkeit zu Reiten, den Tennisplatz zu nutzen, oder einfach an einem tollen Platz in der Natur zu entspannen. Eine schöne Umgebung zum Wandern und Radfahren. Untergebracht wirst du in einem liebevoll vorbereiteten Wohnwagen, Kost und Getränke ( ausgenommen Fleisch und alkoholische Getränke).
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Werkzeugen (Motorsense und Kettensäge) und im Bau von Trockenmauern wäre wünschenswert.
We are a German – French community of currently 5 members.
Our 12 hectare Finca is composed of forest, meadows, stables, olive groves, park, fruit trees and vegetable gardens. Our electricity comes from solar panels, for water we have a deep water well.
A big part of our activities consists of working the gardens and the park, as well as building dry stone walls, animal care and horse training.
The village of Capmany is 2 kms distant and the barrier lake for swimming in a distance of 4,5 km.
In summer (June to beginning of September) our working is from 7:30 to 12:30 am.
We provide foot and shelter in caravans.
Requirements for staying with us are:
Enjoying physical working in a responsible, independent way with enough motivation.
We offer you: The opportunity to ride, to use the tennis court, or simply to relax in a great place in nature. A beautiful environment for hiking and cycling. You will be accommodated in a lovingly prepared caravan, food and drinks (except meat and alcoholic beverages).
Experience with tools like chainsaw and brushcutter would be welcome.
