  I am a retired Registered Nurse with a family who live nearby. I have travelled extensively and enjoy meeting new people, who often become friends. I like both time alone and the opportunity to mix with others.

  I have had a lot of experience with overseas visitors and students, and am very interested in cultural exchanges. I live in a multicultural town with a university.

  I have ongoing light gardening and housework. I also have an inside painting job of about two or three days days work.

  Single room in a large house, with own t.v and bathroom. There are two separate living spaces, so plenty of room. We will do our own cooking and share the housework. All services such as internet, heating and electricity included.

  I live in the centre of Armidale, New South Wales, a city of 25,000 people, and the highest city in Australia at 1000 meters. There are many national parks and walking trails, so lots of hiking areas. There is also a local university ( The University of New England), so the town is very multicultural.
