Want to spend more time in beautiful Norwegian nature?
We're looking for an outdoor enthusiast available between June and October in exchange for very simple tasks.
Long-term stays (3+ weeks) are most welcome! We still have availability, especially from early August to early October.

We look forward to welcoming you in Oppdal!
We can host a volunteer who can "house sit" our property when we are away . Workawayers can lend us a hand in some indoor and outdoor works. For example simple gardening, general cleaning and household help. We are looking for independent, reliable and matured individuals.
You will have lots of free time. Oppdal is a rural area and great for nature lovers, it is also a paradise for wildlife and nature photographers. Previous workawayers who have stayed with us really enjoyed their stay. We also had a volunteer who came back several times over the past 3 years.

Simple, peaceful and healthy environment. Many outdoor activities around Oppdal. Get to stay in one of the top visited area of Norway. Nice home cooked meals when we are around.
Aide
To assist us in some indoor and outdoor help. Workawayers can lend us a hand in simple gardening and household help. We do not have much works sometimes but it is always nice to have an extra hand. We are also happy to be able to help volunteers who are travelers, students and explorers of the Norwegian nature.

Gwen was a wonderful host for my first workaway. She tried her best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Mani and Sky were great too, but unfortunately, I did not get to interact with them that much.

Tobias was amazing to host. He was punctual to finish tasks and hardworking in all aspects. He helped us with gardening, cleaning and general maintenance works. We would absolutely recommend him to any hosts in the future. Thanks a lot for staying with us this July.

Gwen and Mani were really nice hosts, it was a really pleasant stay. You can always ask them, if you need anything and they will help you. The surrounding area was great for mountain hikes, especially if you are looking for quiet place to stay. The work was easy and not very hard, mostly cleaning and painting.
