We live in one of the cultural places (Starnberger See) there is a lot to visit and get to know and Munich (capital) is not difficult to reach, by public transport 30 minutes

Ein Zimmer gehört dazu mit viel Platz, essen und trinken gibt es natürlich auch.

We live right next to the train station in the direction of Munich. The mornings are completely free until 5 p.m. because no one is at home.
Wir wohnen direkt am Bahnhof Richtung München, vormittags ist bis 17 Uhr komplett frei, da keiner zuhause ist.
