    Description

Find your place at a stunning 35-acre retreat where you’ll likely fall in love with the land just as we have. Located only two miles from historic Mancos, Colorado, the ranch offers panoramic 360-degree views of rugged canyons, towering mountains, and a nearby World Heritage site.
The property is a true sanctuary for humans and birds, featuring a juniper and pinion forest with private hiking trails, an art/workout studio and a charming tiny house. You’ll also find a barn, pasture, raised garden beds, and peaceful ponds. For dog lovers, there is a dedicated agility area and a friendly resident Golden Retriever named Sophie who is always ready for a game of fetch.
Because of our beautiful, remote location, a reliable vehicle is required to navigate the area. The closest regional airport is a 45 minute drive. Come experience the magic of the ranch for yourself.

    Autres infos...

Nestled in the Mancos Valley of Western Colorado, our home sits at a crisp 7,800 feet, right where the rugged La Plata Mountains meet expansive national forests. Whether you're here to camp, fish, mountain bike, or ski, the wilderness is essentially your backyard.
As the official gateway to Mesa Verde National Park, we are perfectly positioned for Southwest exploration. You can easily day-trip to world-class sites like Canyonlands or Monument Valley, or head 30 minutes down the road to Durango for rafting and the iconic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.
Locally, Mancos punches well above its weight with a vibrant arts scene. You’ll find:
A local brewery and cidery featuring live music.
Local art galleries, pottery studios, and coffee shops.
    Charming local eateries.
Getting Around: Since public transit is non-existent out here, you’ll definitely want a personal car to see the sights. For a slower pace, you’re welcome to borrow a host bike to cruise around town.
Our Vibe: We value kindness, honesty, and responsibility. We love a good mix of casual chat and meaningful connection, and we look forward to welcoming guests who share the same values.
