  Hello beautiful people. We are Thibault and Marija ,we just moved in Siem Reap after 6 years of living (and hosting ) in south of Cambodia. We live in a charming modern house , in the countryside of Siem Reap, 15min drive from the heart of the city . We are surrounded by local lifestyle, rice fields, and our village is most famous for handicrafts, especially rattan. We are also 15min from the famous Angkor Wat temple complex. We love that you can live a peaceful and quiet life here, surrounded by nature , and you also have the buzzing city lifestyle just 15 min away .

  Siem Reap is the cultural hub of Cambodia! You can spend months in here discovering what this place has to offer.
  Starting with the majestic temples , you do not even need to buy a pass to visit them as it is free after 5pm.
  We live in a peaceful countryside and it's the perfect place to discover the local lifestyle and heritage.
  There is the amazing Kulen Waterfall nearby.
  Lots of crafting opportunities, cooking classes, shows and concerts, restaurants from all over the worlds, pubs etc. There is something for anyone!

  Aide

  We are looking for someone to be house/pet sitting while we are away for 4 months.
  
  We have two dogs, one cat, and three pet chicken.
  
  The dogs are very chill but they need company, and walking two times a day.
  
  Naga is a senior dog of 9 years but she is active, and doesn't like to be left alone for long periods of time. She is used to be alone couple of hours per day, so you do not have to be home 24/7 but you won't be possible to leave her alone for a day.
  
  Dzuki is 3.5 years old dog and absolutely loves cuddles, she will go anywhere Naga goes. She gets walked together with Naga, two times a day, in the rice fields behind our house, about 3km per day.
  
  They need food two times a day and clean water. They do not have any medications but we give them supplements.
  
  The cat, Mango(6 yrs) is very chill. She only needs to be fed two times a day and water. She goes in and out of the house when she wants, there are no litter boxes, she does her thing outside. She is antisocial with new people, but once she gets used to you she might jump in the bed and sleep with you, and if you're lucky she might even cuddle.
  
  The chicken Coco Chanel, Pinot Noir and Bella are amazing, cute fluffly silkie chicken with zero survival instinct. They need to be let out of their coop in the morning, fed , and keep them away from heavy rain . Sunset time they go to bed, but you need to make sure they get in. They are not huge egg layers but you can expect 2 eggs per day . Coco likes to be cuddled she could sleep in your lap for hours. They are very funny to watch and interact with.
  
  Last but not least we have a lot of plants around the house. They won't need much of water as it will be rainy season . Some very light gardening , cutting dead leaves, making sure they are healthy.
  
  The house just needs to be maintaned clean.

  The house is a western style modern house , fully furnished, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room, two covered terrasse and a beautiful garden with hammocks and shaded with mango tree on top of your ice bath for those hot days.
  The property is entirely fenced and secure, and the area we live in is very safe and quiet.
  We have free fast 5g internet , free water from a well and a filter system that makes it mineral water safe to drink.
  The rent is covered as well.
  There is a local market nearby with all the necessities, and there are huge supermarkets with imported goods . We also can get food delivery from restaurants here. You have a full equipped big kitchen to cook for yourself.
  You will get some money that cover one meal per day (eating locally).
  
  You will need some kind of transport to go around. We have a motorbike that you can borrow to go around markets but for day trips like the Kulen waterfalls you should rent a moto or hire a tuktuk - our neighbour is a tuktuk driver that will give you reasonable prices.
