we are located in Ella. The land, has many years ago, been blessed as sacred grounds. This blessing was passed and honored because of the purity of the lands and the values practiced by the people living on the land. One of the values practiced was to eat only, fruit and vegetables provided by the land. In order to honor these past blessings the resort has chosen to continue with this tradition of indulging on vegetarian meals only for both staff and guests.
While this may seem scary to many meat lovers, we can assure that our traditional Sri Lankan chefs and menu will not disappoint anyone.
Currently we are looking for farming, yoga, vegan chefs, meditators, adventure socialists and volunteers who come and join with in our facility. who expert on culinary or any other farming art and specialized areas. we provide family atmosphere but are mindful that this is a business. We would love to have foreign guests that could help us with these all areas. All accommodation and meals will be provided during stay with us. Yoga, farming ,vegan chefs, meditators adventure socialists will be expected to set a schedule and help guest involved.
we have 50-60 locally paid staff with several positions for instance kitchen staff, farming staff, cleaning staff and management.
The work hours are not restricted and you can work as you wish.
While we are on many booking sites, we are spread very well through the backpacker community by word of mouth as our guests really enjoy their time with us. We provide a very relaxed atmosphere, awesome, vegetarian Sri Lankan dishes
prepared by our local cook, multiple room options most popular being our beds, open air dorm room situation on the upper deck and facing the jungle. We, the owners, our staff and our energetic volunteers try to provide a family atmosphere so when guests leave, they are no longer a guest but part of the family. You will be given separate accommodation and delicious sri lankan type meals and better affection by our staff. you will be amazed with our environment.

you will have a change from city life and can live a life based on a village. you will learn about our cultural things how Sri lankan culture compared with others plus you will have a knowledge about sri lankan foods, language and physical,mental health with daily basis healthy and organic foods.
we are basically looking volunteers for our resort in Ella. who expert on culinary arts or any other forms of arts. Artistic people are encouraged to stay and share artistic ideas to farming, meal preparing, vegan chefs, adventure socialists ( we want people who has artistic taste for foods and we want them to teach our people about their skill like food garnishing )
We strive to introduce Yoga and Meditation into our daily routine. If you are a yoga teacher we would also love to have you come hold classes for our guests. Come tell us about any other mind/body/wellbeing techniques you have and we can talk about sharing them with our guests.
